Because of the size and location of the screw they couldn't repair the tire and also noted that I should buy a pair, if not four new tires. Auto repair folks suggested Nock's. Call Nock's up and they didn't have tire the size I needed, but said they could order them and have them by Monday afternoon. Dropped the Jeep off at noon and good to their word, they had installed all four tires by the time I picked the car up at 5:00 pm. Impressive performance. Will use them again

Our slide cable snapped after arriving at Sun Outdoors. We contacted Ken-do for service & they were…read moreout the following day. He identified the cause of our issue as an improperly installed cable that was twisted causing it to snap. We believing it was done during the build since the slide never had any type of work prior to this. He removed the snapped cable then replaced it with a new cable. Together with his assistant they got it fixed. . Without their service I don't know how safe it would have been to make the 4.5 hour drive home. What we noticed besides the knowledge he spoke as he worked was the patience & respect he displayed to his assistant as he went through the learning process. He explained things so well we gained some knowledge just from listening. We also observed several campground maintenance & construction employees (the campground was being renovated during our stay) showed up to our site to shake his hand & speak with him. He appeared to be well know and they held a high regard for his expertise. We aren't familiar with the area and seeing his connection to the local community gave some comfort in trusting his level of work. I would recommend him to anyone needing an RV/Trailer issue fixed.
