Whenever I did ride in it, I kept smelling an overwhelming smell of gas whenever we would come to a stop (full tank or not). She said she would call the dealer, but never did. Finally, after a few months I decided to call the dealer where I purchased this 30+++ thousand dollar car. After speaking to the salesperson on the phone, they quickly transferred me to the general manager. I thought, great! Well, when he got on the phone, he started passing the buck automatically. He told me to call Chevy and etcetera. I told him that this was basically a new car and I was concerned for the two babies I had riding in car seats in the back of it, as any parent would be. The conversation went back and forth after he said that these cars do need service from time to time (with only 13000 miles and 10 months old????). This was a GM Certified car by them, which means they should have really gone through it. I noticed the overwhelming gas smell almost immediately, which tells me the thoroughness, was not up to par. The general manager who seemed to be on his third pot of coffee for the day finally had it with my complaint and started calling me son (well son....). I am not sure if a 40 year old person does not deserve the same respect as a 50 or 60 year old person, but do not expect it at Korf. Especially from the aged, well versed GM. Now I get to deal with service departments with my "new/used" car, who will undoubtedly tell me everything is okay and they cannot find anything wrong with the vehicle. Thank you Korf and thank you Mr. General Manager for your empathy (you need to call Chevy with any complaints). I cannot wait to trade this car in within the new few months to make sure my 12 month old son and my 28 month daughter are not getting gassed. Now I finally see why this car sat on the lot for so long. Stupid me, shame on Korf. Korf GM - I think you are exaggerating...

The service department is a joke. I took my pickup to them on April 16 which is when I had made an…read moreappointment. They didn't touch it until the 20th then had to wait a week for parts. Then when they were putting it together they needed more parts so had to wait yet another week. Second set of parts came in today May 4 and yet they aren't going to work on my pickup until May 7 and it will take all day. Personally I think they should move my pickup up to get it done now that they have the parts.

The customer service has been outstanding from the first call I made to the receptionist, the diagnostics, and repair. Jason was very generous with his time, and is very knowledgable. They have worked well with warranty information. Most importantly, I never felt like my lack of mechanical knowledge was taken advantage of. Jason very clearly explained the problems and the steps he would take to remedy it. Overall, I have never had a more pleasant and stress-free experience with a shop. I would recommend Hilltop, and Jason to anyone!

Save yourself the hassle and take it to real mechanic. Their labor hourly rate is more than a real mechanic with a real shop. They don't know vehicles either. I had to tell them how to diagnose the vehicle, and I'm not a mechanic! They have a car lift and a welder, otherwise I would've done the repairs myself. They are charging twice as much for parts. I could've ordered the parts from the auto parts store for half the price!!!! And that's at full retail!!! I fully intend to file a complaint with the AG concerning the unauthorized repairs.

Got there at 6 and we were back on the road by 6:25. Friendly guy and my family was extremely grateful! Wish there were more mechanics like this guy!

After checking the fluid levels, we couldn't see anything clearly wrong, so we decided to stop by a shop to assuage our worries.
