Within maybe 2-3 minutes they had already ran the necessary diagnostics on the alternator and battery to determine it was definitely the battery. They found that my car takes a special kind of battery that they've never worked with before. That didn't stop them from ordering said battery and having it delivered and ready for me the very next morning. They called me and said they could replace it quickly for me. I drove right over and they stopped what they were doing to quickly replace my battery with the new one. When it was all said and done, they charged me half of what the Subaru dealership said they were going to charge me for the same work. They spent a grand total of a few minutes of my time to get me fully squared away. I, personally, have never received such great service from a repair place. Couldn't recommend them more!
