I had had a storage unit at this place because it looked like it should be a safe and reputable place. When I moved to Gering someone had suggested I store my furniture there. Wish I hadn't. A few months in I had gone to the place to get something out of storage and my unit was locked out! I was very upset. I had paid up for that month of rent so I assumed they had made a mistake or something. So I called and this guy was nothing but a completely rude asshole and said I was late with a payment. I was clearly not late what so ever! He stated that his wife did the book keeping and he was sure she never made mistakes. I told him that she had to have made a mistake because I had a returned check for that months rent. Happily told him that I could prove it. He was awfully rude about all of it as if I was trying to get out of paying or something. For one thing I am an educated professional and I behave like a well respected professional in my job as well as anywhere and would never do such a thing. In fact I am well respected in this community. He then told me that he would have her take another look and would get back to me. So what do you know he was wrong, she had made a mistake and apologized reluctantly. This arrogant man who runs a business in this area has a lot to learn about being a good business man. He is rude and nasty and if I would have known before I NEVER would have stored my things there. And now after I have shared my story of frustration with several people in this community they all have said that they would never do ANY business with this man because of his reputation of unprofessionalism, talking down to his customers and simply being a complete asshole. He also physically abused a former girlfriend-sad! Amazing what you find out about him when you mention his name in this community. NEVER do business with this loser as its not worth the headache and being treated and talked to like a 5 year old. He needs educated on how to treat people as they are his potential customers especially if he continues to try and run this business here. read more

Rons towing is the absolute best in the business. Ron has the iron for any job you can possibly bring him. His men are fast, courteous and professional. They'll stop at nothing to get you out of any jam. I've had loaded semis break down in mountains, blizzards, both at once and been hundreds of miles away. Really good guys! Last winter my girlfriend wrecked her car in the bluffs during a blizzard and Ron's guy, Tanner, almost beat the cops to the scene and had her car cleaned off he road in no time at all. They even stored it for me for a couple of days so I could figure out what to do with it. 10/10 would recommend. read more
