I was inside their building for less than 5 minutes. In that time tri-state had begun to hook up my vehicle. (Shame on me for not having a parking sticker for that parking lot, that IS on me). I ran to my car explaining to them what happened and I was met with a "I don't care, lady". As all of my belongings (wallet, ID, phone, etc) were in my car, I ran over to grab them before my vehicle was towed away. The driver rushed towards me. I got nervous and slammed and locked the door with myself inside. He began screaming at me to get out of the car. When I told him "No, you're making me nervous." His response was for me to "suck and choke on his balls". I told him I was calling the police and at that point his response had gotten the attention of residents who were trying to protect me. He unhooked my vehicle and scurried away. I'll attach of photo of my original comment that had gotten removed. Shame on tri-state towing for not firing workers who sexually assault female customers. Shame on yelp for protecting that kind of business.

Worst #Towing company ever! Here what happened: Friend of mine got his semi stuck in a pile of snow tonight. Looked online for towing company called Jonny because they were at the top of a google search of which I am certain they paid for! They are located in #Rochelle - pretty far from where he was. They pay google to place their address at the top of the search list. It's no wonder some of the reviewers had to wait 2 hours for a driver to reach them! They eventually showed up. He asked them how much the tow would be to just pull the semi out of the snow bank Roughly...5-10 feet many times and the driver's words were "don't worry, we'll work something out! Ass(u)ming the tow would be no more than a couple hundred dollars, my friend said okay! At the end of the tow....the "work something out" turned into $600! When it's all said and done, we knows that he should not have accepted this man's response and should have pushed harder for an actual price... you can't trust everyone. Believe me, he's kicking himself hard over this one. This is definitely a hard and expensive lesson learned. This company is scamming people and using bogus / hidden contracts and the law to help enforce these scams! When he called me - I went straight to the reviews and there it is...company has a history of scamming people!!! They have a F rating with the BBB. Fox News reports says: to report a towing business, contact the Illinois Commerce Commission. Called at 1:30pm they said I was next on the list, then at 4:30pm I called again and they said that don't have me on the list, seriously, WAIT the best part is on Friday 2/1/19 they called me and asked if I still needed a tow, UNBELIEVABLE, all of the sudden I was on the list amazing!!!!!

The battery was reading okay so he did not charge at the time. He offered me to come to his shop to make sure the battery/alternator is in great shape. I travel alot for work so he didnt want me to get stranded. Definitely reccomend if you're in the Oregon IL area.
