Everyone was coming and going on different dates and at different times. Everyone stayed at the same resort. My niece was our group "leader" although at times some of us went different ways. Our Official Leader/Advisor was Ruby Anne from Castle Connections out of Lawrenceville , Georgia. Ruby was efficient at helping us get reservations and times. Also in making changes to some of those reservations at last minute while we were enjoying our day. We found her to be knowledgeable and current on things that were Disney. I decided to try the Virtual agent to get information about the price difference I tried the "Virtual Agent" chat and chatted with 3 different agents. No one could help me. They actually disabled my typing ability in the chat room. I promise I was very polite- just seeking answers. I called 2 different numbers[1-866-310-5768 & 404-728-8787 and there is a 5-hour hold for an agent to cancel my trip. I ran into problems with this company years ago and thought that maybe they finally got their act together. I am going to post this on every review site I find.
