The moment we entered our home after they had replaced the roof, there were missing parts that fell from one of the skylights. The guy just said "it's something you can easily fix yourselves!" The worse is that within less than a month there was a serious leakage in the sunroom (it literally started raining in the living area!!) We must have called them 10 times already. They never showed up...They are not professionals and would urge anyone to not do business with them. Save your money people.

They came and gave me an estimate, and then they came to pick up my check for the deposit on Saturday. The owner said they would come to do the work on Tuesday or Wednesday. They never showed up, and I tried to contact the owner four times - once on his cell & three times through his office & he never returned my calls. So I put a stop on the check for the deposit. The following Monday he called me and wanted to know why he wasn't able to cash the check, and I said because he took my check, never gave me a receipt, and wouldn't return my calls. He claimed that he never got my messages and blamed it on the girl in the office. Even though I also left voicemail on his personal cell phone. I have no time to deal with people who don't know how to run a business properly. It only takes a minute to make a phone call to reach out to somebody and let them know the status of the job. If he called and explained that they were delayed and wouldn't be coming on the scheduled day, I would have understood. But to take a check from somebody for $1750 , not give them a receipt,and not return phone calls is very unprofessional.

He did just that. I was extremely happy with the price. We told him that we were going to go with him and he stated ok hopefully in two weeks weather permitting we will have them up.
