They worked quickly getting things resolved. In short order, the water was gone, things were cleaned up, and fans set to dry it all out. He was very thorough and checked areas of the basement we hadn't thought to check because there was no visible water intrusion but the sensor was picking up moisture so he put a fan on it. After meeting with Henry I felt at ease and trusted he'd do a great job. The project involved a partial tear-down while the house was simultaneously having the siding redone. Unfortunately, the siding project (which was hired by a separate company) turned into a complete fiasco...and that was when Henry stepped in and proved his excellence in service, skill, knowledge and all around great work ethic! As the old siding was removed, it was revealed that there was a substantial amount of rot to the house structure underneath. The siders made no mention of it to me and proceeded to install new siding over the extensive damage. Fortunately, Henry was there to observe what was happening and I put a halt on the siding until the structure was repaired. Henry knew exactly what needed done and he worked all through the cold winter to have the house ready for siding in the spring. There were areas where windows had to be removed and walls rebuilt, including the drywall on the interior. Henry proved to be skilled in performing all of the work with great results! He is an all-around handyman with excellent knowledge and skill in structural & deck framing, drywall installation & finishing, plumbing & electrical and more.
