All the flooring was puddled - waves on the water in our master bedroom. Obviously, we freaked out, called a friend and got a recommendation for France. They were at the house within 4 hours and got to work with industrial dehumidifiers and fans. An isolated 'dry space' was created. It took a full week to fully dry, but they had sophisticated equipment to show areas that still needed time. This was infinitely valuable, long-term. Drying work was done by we'll say Team-1. During drying, Team-2 restorers were assessing damage and creating a very detailed repair plan. They negotiated this plan with our insurance, settling on a full-value payout. Team-2 was flexible in using the insurance money in the highest-value way possible. Repairs did take 6 weeks, but we're in a rural area, and the repairs totaled over $30,000. It was a big job. Further, we had a holiday deadline and France found a way to meet it. End of process, everything got fixed, on time, and we weren't out any more money beyond our deductible. Hopefully, this will be our one and only interaction with a major homeowner claim, but if another ever happens I wouldn't hesitate to call France.

Lots of things had to be redone cause they did it wrong the 1st time. Example: they installed the furnace room door so it opened inward covering the furnace so it cover the service when door opened. That was not how it was initially installed. They didn't put doorknobs on folding openers and had to plug the hole made and start over. They installed doors then had to uninstall and take back down for new paint , etc. Poor communication throughout the project. Took nearly a year. Lots of delays and ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT GOING OVER WHAT THEY AGREED TO WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY. NOW I'M SUPPOSED TO PAY ?$8,000+ no questions asked over and beyond what was agreed to. Don't use them. You'll regret it!

And the only one I don't hesitate giving a 5 star review. They are also the only contractors who took initiative to protect our floors and other home furniture prior to beginning their workday, everyday. I can't begin to say enough good things about Lauro, owner of Omega and his team. They are respectful, honest, considerate, clean, timely and very detailed oriented, which was the key to my satisfaction. They took the time to go over job specifics with me (on a daily basis) to make sure we were getting what we wanted and that the job in the end was to our expectations. And most importantly they are capable of making STRAIGHT lines. (You be surprised to know that many can't and leave things looking sloppy). Lauro is very responsive to phone calls and if not available to talk he always got back to my messages promptly. We hired Omega to do drywall work including: removal of wallpaper, texturing, retexturing, reframing, painting and a very small amount of tiling. They are very price competitive. Not every day do you have a team of guys that work well together and are so respectful. Thank you, Lauro, and thank you so much to your team for making our home look beautiful. It was a pleasure working with you and your team. They specialize in: "Water & Fire Repair Service, Interior & Exterior Painting, Custom Drywall, Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed, Quality And Integrity, Custom Painting, 15 Years Experience, Stucco Repairs & Projects" copied from - http://local.yahoo.com/info-122014558-omega-wenatchee .

I tried calling their office multiple times that day and each of the following days. Every time I called, both during regular office hours and on the weekend, I was shunted off to their messaging service instead of being connected directly to their HVAC team. It was unbelievably frustrating that I could not talk to anyone who could do anything to help, especially during regular office hours. I left a message each time anyway, but did not get a response from a member of the team until four days later. No part of this experience was acceptable. I understand that schedules change, parts don't come in on time, etc, but I cannot understand the lack of communication. I had to stay home the entire day of my appointment waiting for the technician, which disrupted my work schedule. I spent the next day at home too, just in case he or any other member of the team called and was able to make it out then, which meant canceling other plans. The only reason I kept calling after that instead of giving up and finding help elsewhere is because I had already paid over $800 to get a replacement part ordered. All of this happened after sweating through multiple weeks of Patriot's lead time that my girlfriend, our pets, and I spent in the summer heat with a nonfunctional heat pump. Now that I have my refund in hand for their "service", I have sought the assistance of another HVAC service company in town who actually picks up the phone when I call and shows up for scheduled appointments. I will be encouraging my friends in the valley with HVAC issues to avoid Patriot at all costs. I'm at a loss to explain how they're still in business.
