BTW, I never got it my roof replacement estimate. RedFox seems only interested in immediately billable work. I got texts from them asking "do i have any questions". I sent email to the owner and the tech. I never heard back from either. It's all BS. NOTE: I gave RedFox management every opportunity to respond privately before writing this review. I was given a fair price (among two other quotes) and decided to go with Taylor Made. They were a little late getting started but got the job completed on time. There were a few issues with workmanship that John (salesman) realized and had the crews come back and follow up on. There was also an issue with a part of the existing roof that was damaged while moving off the old sheets of metal. John realized that the damage was more than could be repaired without replacement and replaced the panels with no costs to me.
