I called Mike and he was very helpful. He offered to come inspect the roof for my buyer at no charge. Wow Good guys still exist?!? Coincidentally once I told him the address he remembered that he was the roofer who installed the roof 10 years ago! Mike said the roof was still in good condition. There was a swamp cooler that had leaked some residue that was visible. My clients asked for a quote from Mike and will be planning to remove the swamp cooler and repair any damage to the roof. I wish there were more knowledgeable and friendly people in the construction field. It was a pleasure working with Mike and I would be happy to refer him as well!

The roof was 60 years old with no leaks but because our remodel tied into that half of the roof needed to be redone. A year and a half ago some tiles blew off in a storm but we assumed that it was affected by other blowing debris. We initially called them out to repair a roof leak after discovering a few broken roof tiles around and below our solar panels. Based on the visible damage, it appeared that area was the source of the leak. After the repairs were completed, we experienced another significant rainstorm and unfortunately discovered the leak was still present. When I contacted Heritage Roofing Solutions, Johnny immediately stood behind his work.
