The sales associate I wish I had gotten her name but she doesn't need to work there. I came in the store to get assistance with an order I was buying and to see it in store. She walked up and asked me if I needed help. I told her my order was online and having difficulty with the finance section ask well. Showed me the furniture and I asked questions about it then mid conversation she realized this was an online order and she walks away saying I can't help you. Call the online person I can't help you. Waving her hands. Leaving me standing there lost and confused. She then goes to resume her conversation with fellow employees as if I bothered her. YOU WALKED UP TO ME. If you didn't want to be bothered stay at home or don't walk up on no one. Management was called and nothing really was done from that end as well. I will not EVER shop this location or any location EVER. The manager could offer me the furniture for free after that I would not take it. If you want to be treated as if you are a nobody or you don't matter then this is your place. This location needs to go back thru customer service training or needs to be closed down. We purchased our beautiful furniture from Rooms to Go. I went to four furniture stores and this is the only one where I got excited. The quality is so much better over 27 years ago. My husband and I purchased 3 rooms of furniture. Three months later, the furniture is still beautiful and holding up. Now the contractors to deliver the furniture was not my cup of tea. The first contractor was very rude and didn't want to remove their shoes are wear the nonslip booties. The second delivery contractors were from Rooms to Go and they were very professional. They removed their shoes. We mentioned the first delivery and they said that they were outside contractors. Overall, we are pleased with the furniture. read more

They charged a delivery fee when we specifically asked for the free delivery, and after waiting 2 months for my furniture it showed up wrong. Now we have to wait another 2 months for the correct furniture and it looks like they're trying to charge me twice and blame me for the mistake when we clearly told the sales rep what we wanted (and drew a picture!) I was patient with all of the mistakes up until I finally received the wrong item and when I FINALLY expressed my frustration, the sales rep had the nerve to get an attitude with me like it wasn't them who completely ruined my order. When they called to speak to the rep who assisted them she was very nasty and seemed to have no concern about her error. My daughter has been waiting for some time for them to correct the error. All we wanted was a trundle bed for our son . After being told be 4 different people that the order would arrive just as we ordered , it was 100% wrong and they admit that they screwed it up . BUYER BEWARE! I cannot speak for other stores, but the Newnan store has the worst customer service. Their Sales Team will make you promises and sell you furniture. However, at the end of the day, the Store Managers and sales people, have no regard for you from the moment you agree to buy the furniture. Based on my experience, stay away find another place to buy furniture but if you absolutely have no choice or want to buy your furniture from this store, take these pointers and use my misery as your saving grace. 1. Store managers will do NOTHING for you. They will make excuses and they will not work with you to find any solutions and sometimes they even give you false information, which you later find out from speaking with corporate. 2. If you purchase a set e.g living room set and they tell you the delivery on some pieces will be delivered on this date and the rest of the order on another date, DO NOT ACCEPT THAT. If they are only able to fulfill half the order, what they will do is refund your money on the pieces they were not able to deliver you will still have to pay for the incomplete set and you will be stuck with half a set. What do you do with that? You will still have to pay for it. They will tell you that they have refunded you the money and therefore they are not obligated anymore. BUT you still owe for half the set. What do you do with half a set? You may have to buy other pieces that do not match, or go buy an entire different set from another company and you still owe Rooms To Go their payment! 3. Do not pay for the warranty, they will sell you that warranty. They promise you that if anything happens to your furniture even if its your fault they will replace the entire piece. What they do not tell you is that replacement will take FOREVER, or they will keep delaying it. So you have gone out of pocket for $400-600 dollars. There is so much hassle from the time you can even speak to customer service, which by the way the store will send you to corporate customer service, who will in turn sent you back to the store since they claim that is where you purchased it from. It's all a BIG Scam and they put it in fine print at the back of your receipt in very light grey print which you cannot even read it without getting a migraine. The store manager who will promise to call you back- never will. It is an EPIC pain in the *a-- to get a resolution. You are better accepting it for what it is buying a can of Scotch Guard Spray and that will work out much better for your sanity. 4. If you can at all avoid this store or Rooms To Go ENTIRELY you will be better off for it. Take it from me, I would rather sleep on the floor, eat on the floor, and sit on the floor that to buy furniture at this store. Even if they were giving it for free, I would not go anywhere near this business ever again. They sell you promises and reassurance of customer satisfaction and customer service but in the end you are standing with half your furniture, terrible customer service, and you still have to pay for it. After months on waiting and seven damaged deliveries, today we gave this store the "one last chance" the manager promised they would get right. Each damaged delivery was courtesy of the same driver and team and guess who showed up today! This time, they decided to hide damage with wet paint or putty on both the new furniture and existing furniture. No disclosure. I got a nice handful of white putty when I went to remove all of the styrofoam packing pieces they are supposed to remove. We also found an as of yet unidentified chunk of the furniture on the floor. Save yourself months of 12 hour days waiting for replacement after replacement. The local delivery team is atrocious and deceptive. My wife and I ordered a $3,500 sectional that was featured in their showroom on 10/13/2018. It took them over 5 weeks to deliver it to my home and a major piece was missing (armless recliner). They also failed to set it up correctly and I was issued no owners manual or paperwork of any kind ie maintenance, care and operational manual nor warranty info on a $3,500 sectional! The most expensive one in the store as far as I could see and prominently featured in their showroom. A week later I stayed home all day waiting for them for the missing piece and no one showed up, called or made any attempt to remedy the situation. Both my wife and I have called repeatedly + I made a complaint on their online customer service with no response. My wife spoke again today with the general manager and he had nothing to say for himself, no apologies, no reasoning as for why this is happening to us or taking so long with out even the common courtesy of getting back to us and working hard to remedy the situation. Worst experience of my life!! I thought I could get my dream bed and didn't!! I had high hopes for this place. Went in, someone took a long time but they greeted me, spoke about what I wanted and was delighted to be ready to purchase. I SPECIFICALLY said I only wanted delivery. Not the set up. I called them back and explained the situation and after much back and forth between me and the salesman, they said they would call me back on the following Monday - they DIDN'T. I called rooms to go customer service instead and they said they would send a technician out on the 27th between 12-4. On the 27th and I made sure to cancel all of my plans just to have the technician look at the pieces, determine I was missing the pieces and order the pieces. Technician has been the kindest person so far from this company!! He said to wait 3-5 business days and they would send out the parts and have them delivered to me within these 3-5 business days. A week passed and guess what? No parts. I got an employee to write down that I will be receiving a FULL refund and they sent an authorization to this specific rooms to go. Then I come to the rooms to go and the people in the little corner office are incredibly rude. I am beyond disgusted by how badly this has been handled and will NEVER be buying from here again and will be telling people about my experience so they can avoid being treated the way I was and having to deal with missing parts. The delivery process has been a mess. I ordered a desk for college and have been waiting for a month and a half to receive my desk, and when it FINALLY arrived today they just dropped off the box and did not put it together as promised. I ordered an entire bedroom which included a queen bed, dresser, and night table on the exact same day that I ordered my desk. When my bedroom items were delivered, they did everything correctly which included putting my bed together. The shipping team this rooms to go uses is an absolute joke. Was told my furniture would be here on Monday from 11-3 thought ok I would take a day off of work to receive it. Got a call an hour before 3 saying it will be delivered between 3-7. Never called or told me they weren't going to make it. I had to call the regional delivery manager, and he told me that it would be there between 9:30-10 at night. I have two kids so this was super inconvenient for me, but thought ok let's get this shit show over with. Not only did they not show up then either, but never called to tell me they weren't going to make it. Will NEVER buy from Rooms to Go again!!! If I could give zero stars I would We went to the Newnan GA store on November 24th Black Friday to purchase a bedroom set for my daughter. She picked out her set and the very accommodating sales person took our money and placed the order. That is where the good part ends. We were told delivery couldn't be made until December 9th which is 15 days from date of purchase. On December 9th we waited all day for the delivery, no prior phone calls with a time window. The delivery truck finally showed up close to 4pm. Three people were making the delivery ... they were the rudest people I ever met. They came into our home with mud all over their shoes getting mud on our light colored carpeting. Their pants were down around their thighs with their underwear showing, downright disgusting. They proceeded to unpack the furniture in my daughter's bedroom getting Styrofoam packing material and cardboard pieces all over her bedroom and the long hallway leading to her bedroom. The person in-charge informed me the hardware for her bed was missing and I'd have to call the store to get hardware shipped and I would have to assemble her bed. They literally left my daughter's bedroom in total disarray with parts of the bed all over the room and packing material all over our home. They left the headboard up against the window and nearly broke a new double-pane window. I called the store to get replacement hardware, was put on hold for nearly 1/2 hour then left a message. NO ONE called back until the next day. I was promised it would be sent via overnight service, but it took 3 days for the hardware to arrive. When I went to put the bed together, the hardware was incorrect. Again I called, was put on hold and eventually was asked to leave a message. Someone called back, I requested the correct hardware, was promised overnight shipment have yet to receive the hardware. I called back at 11:09am. They didn't pick up. I called multiple times after and they didn't pick up. We bought a mattress. Easy, right? They gave me a 4 hour delivery window 6 days out. On that day, from 10-2... middle of a work day, but whatever. Then, just before that window, they call and say "we loaded the truck backwards, your new window will be 2-6... whole work day shot now. At 5:45 I call because I still haven't seen or heard from the driver that he's on the way. Well, the driver's computer is down, so they have no idea where he is in his deliveries, or when (or if) he'll deliver today. Now we're at 10+ hours lost, no apology, no compensation, and no hint when we'll get our mattress. Now we'll have to put our old mattress and linens back on to sleep tonight since I get up at 4:00. I explained that we were trying to buy my Dad a power recliner as a surprise and could we exchange it if it didn't work for him ( he has an extreme disability) and he said sure, no problem. Sales people were ok, whole showroom experience was decent enough, but the delivery takes a long time for some items and they break it up into multiple deliveries which just wastes lots of your time. On the last delivery they scuffed up our walls real bad, left lots of garbage in my driveway and stole 60$ from us when one of them apparently snuck off and rummaged through our belongings in another room. These people suck rocks! I purchased living room Furniture (over $3000). And part of the sectional the frame was irregular so could not use it ( deep slant to the floor). They said they would send a replacement. On the scheduled day they rescheduled the time slots twice then they called @ 8pm and cancelled (they said truck broke). So a whole day was wasted on waiting for delivery. They offered to schedule for the next day. Next day came they said no we cant deliver because trucks already loaded and left. BS my piece should be on a truck from the night before right? So I had to reschedule for another week and I requested to have my delivery fee waived and the Manager said no because I can still sit on the piece of sectional that is not irregular. Recently bought furniture and the sales rep that was helping us tried to up sell us on their sofa and mattress protection, I politely declined and then he gets the manager to come out (I guess to sign off that the sales rep offered the protection and I declined) and the manager tried to do the same thing. Saying "what if you get your couch dirty," "what if you get stains on the mattress,: "you don't eat sitting on your couch?" I got so annoyed that I almost said I'm not sitting on the couch nor am I going to sleep on the mattress, so I don't need the protection! This store is awesome! Everyone here is so nice and that means a lot. I HATE shopping for furniture but wifey said we needed a new bedroom. My salesperson Tony was awesome because he left us alone to look around and then when we were ready he was there to answer all of our questions.
