This location is situated in the mall area of the Shops of North Bridge. There is parking in the 516 N Rush parking facility. Access to the currency exchange is just outside of Nordstrom, across from the Jellycat plushy store. You can access Nordstrom from the parking facility. You have to take the escalator to the top, then go through the store to the mall. The currency exchange itself is a small enclosed area. The young woman, Tricha, who took care of me and The Queen was super nice and very careful when it came to counting out our money. She was great. She explained the exchange rate and carefully told us how much we had requested in pesos and counted it out in a slow manner so we could see each bill being counted out. She also explained the process for us to return any money not spent in Mexico to get back dollars. The exchange rates and service were very good and this will be my go to for exchanging dollars to foreign currency.

Terrible service along with extremely rude and incompetent staff members…read more I live just down the street and I checked online to make sure of the time they close; it was open til 6PM on this fine Saturday. I walked over and got there around 5:30 to buy a bus pass for the next morning since it would be closed on a Sunday. As I walked in I immediately heard a rude, "Can I help you?" "I'd like to buy a bus pass, please." "No. Sorry, I'm countin' out my drawer right now. We closed." "But the sign says you close at 6PM, and its only 5:30" "I start closin' everythin' down 30 minutes befo' so that I can close at 6 and get the hell outta here. Sorry, no can do..." At this point, I'm angry, cold, and irate at the sight of this woman and I clarify to her, "Instead of saying you close at 6, don't mislead people, and say you close '30 minutes befo' 6' that way I don't have to walk my a** all the way over here." I'll go back there when they learn how to be cordial and speak English.
