He wrote down our choices after the tasting and we went with a buffet as plated service we have attended at other weddings never goes well. Matt called two weeks before the event to verify numbers and details. We had the reception at the La Crosse Center Ballroom which was beautiful and spacious. Matt and his staff took care of everyone and my Daughter and Son in Law were extremely happy. Especially with the Cheesecake Matt made just for them that was a little different than requested but they absolutely loved it. I found Matt to be well organized but most of all the food was wonderful and plentiful. No fires to put out on that very special day for our family. I highly recommend Matt and Premier Catering.

When it came to my wedding so many things went wrong and the actual owner was very rude to myself, my family, and the guests. He also did not serve how it was discussed and acted as though many things were going wrong and was rushing everywhere. Also, as I had said the food being wonderful at the tasting, it was not that same food I tasted at my wedding, and MUCH LESS food that what said would be given.
