Every other location has been extremely accommodating with very good service and fantastic class experiences. But when I tried to schedule classes at the Knoxville location, it was absolute radio silence after a phone call AND an email (which they state is the best and most efficient way to contact them.) I was told at other locations to always call the studios to schedule classes because annual membership drop in attendees receive certain benefits, so I did that AND sent an email to Knoxville. I did so multiple days in advance. ZERO follow up on their part. I understand if the classes I wanted were full (I'm used to the wait list, because our Cedar Park TX location is SUPER popular), but I would have AT LEAST expected someone call me back to say the classes were full. (By the way, YES, I did check the app before I called and emailed and everything seemed available.) Bad, bad move, PB Knoxville. I suspect you will need to do better on the customer service front if you want to ever be the kind of studio that many other PB locations across the country already are. I hope you can use this information to improve your business interactions.

Barre class is about small moves that target specific muscles and the result is a great total body workout. It doesn't raise my heart rate a huge amount so I still have to fit in cardio throughout the week, but it is really great to strengthen & tone.

I often do yoga exercises, but wanted to really challenge my core strength. The Advanced Pilates "fire" group class I took did just that. I let the instructor know before class that I endure a lot of pain from scoliosis and how certain exercises cause neck pain, and she provided safe and effective moves that left me feeling rejuvenated and without any pain. I've never felt that good after a chiropractic adjustment! I will definitely be going back.

There's cardio to begin with to get the heart rate up, strength and balance movements, and yoga and stretching time on a mat. It's a great open studio with room to spread out, loud music to get you jumping, and kind and helpful instructors. I'm a bit older and out of shape so didn't keep up with the entire class, but everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. You will sweat, so they provide towels. They also provide weights, balls, and mats to use during class. They also have childcare if needed. Bring your water and you'll be set.
