RIGHT AWAY, without hesitation, he told me about it AND offered to repair it at no cost (which he did, once the weather warmed up a bit). Looks as good as new. Now THAT is Integrity! Zach seems like a great guy. I hate to slam the job he did but so many things could have been…read more improved. Like finishing the job. The shower curtain door only had sealant on the bottom. The grout wasn't sealed. Water didn't bead and soaked right in. The shower control handle was mounted at an angle. I paid him around the 6th of January, he didn't start work until the 20th. There were several delays of wich some were the responsibility of my wife and myself, others were snow, flat tire, had to replace the brakes and had to replace a starter. I had to clean up after his crew everyday. Grout equipment had been cleaned in the bathroom sink causing a clog. He sent someone to run a snake down the pipe and that kid said (after I'd removed the trap and poured out sand) that the pipes were just rusty and it wasn't their fault at all. I had to clean up after him. By February 25, I gave up, sealed the grout, caulked around the shower door, filled in some holes and started working on the drywall. Update, March 7th. Zach was out of town when I posted the review. He did come over, review the room and agree with most of what I pointed out. He will send over folk to complete the bathroom and is being more than fair about it. Don't make the mistakes I made (not contacting him with problems or concerns) and I know you'll be satisfied with his work.

That factor is important to me, as it should be to others. Ben told me he could make my deck (which I last cleaned 15 years ago) look like it was brand new as well - so he power washed that about 10 days ago. He was 100% correct - because my deck now looks absolutely amazing - just like brand new. His price on the deck job was very fair as well. Trust me folks - you can't (and won't) go wrong using Ben. I was stunned. I checked Craig's List as a last resort and happened on Simon & Son Lawn Care. After looking at our yard they told me their minimum fee was $25, which was a whole lot more tolerable. I hired them immediately. Simon & Son has already finished our Spring clean up and I just called them to start mowing for the Spring/Summer season. They did an excellent job. They were careful of all my plants, yet they got all the leaves from under our deck in the backyard. They picked up all the sticks and branches that had fallen over the winter and got all the leaves from under the pine trees near the road. There are bigger lawn companies in Kalamazoo, but they charge almost twice as much to do the exact same job and they pressured me to fertilize, seed and water before I had even hired them. We are very happy to have a small, locally owned, and efficient company taking care of our lawn again.
