Offered a number of times to just take a refund with a good credit for the work he had done ($50+ a time when he originally quoted $37) and he continued to promise he would show up and never did. I offered to work with him to either take payments for a refund or find a time in his schedule that would work and he continued to miss appointments and made no effort to refund. On August 16th, 2018 he said he wouldn't be able to mow for me anymore and that he would refund. I have not received any money nor has he made any further efforts to resolve anything. Joseph Munroe has stolen $200+ from me. I would not recommend using his lawn service.

I hired that landscape & irrigation company to do the the same at my new place, but after 3-4 months we realized that he was in way over his head. Sod and trees sat on the property for a week because he could not assemble a crew to put everything in.... It was the middle of August so you can imagine the effect the heat had on the unplanted items. Also the irrigation system he put in leaked and had to be redone. At this point we hired Bitterroot Landscaping to finish the job. Caleb and his crew were fantastic...timely, and professional, but most importantly did excellent work. We planted hollies this year when my husband decided that our sickly, approximately 80-100 ft tall, 50+ year-old Ponderosa pine and our dead birch needed to go. The pine was very close to the house, and the new bushes were underneath it. Naturally, I was worried. On the scheduled day, P.J.'s Tree Services' truck got a flat tire. Despite this, they still showed up and, while having it fixed, did an amazing job! P.J.'s team (Jeremy and, I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name, but to me, you're a rockstar) is friendly, highly skilled, hard-working, and extra mindful of their surroundings. When the trees were gone, the hollies and our house stood tall, and everything looked clean as if nothing had happened. This tree service including the owners is the best tree service in Helena. Have had many trees cut down but these people from Field's were really impressive.
