I tried one once before, elsewhere, and it was a complete waste of money because the other gal spent the hour basically just rubbing oil around my skin. THIS TIME, however, I was very happy to have her really work on my sore shoulders and back. I can feel the difference today, and I consider it $60 very well spent. She was clearly knowledgeable, and very good at her job. The only downside is that she does have sort of limited hours - very few evening appointments, and I think zero weekends, which makes it hard to get in around my work schedule.
