Like, ever…read more But the Bupa Dental Centre is situated on St Anne's Square in the middle of Manchester city centre so it's super-easy for me to get to - less than a five minute walk, in fact. The staff are friendly and my dentist explains everything he's doing as you lie there, mouth wide open and shaking at the thought of what's going to happen next. One thing that bothers me though, is that they will try various tactics to get you to part with more cash. I know that's probably the case for any dental surgery these days, but about a week ago, they called me and recommended a clean, which would set me back £40. They said it's not essential so I politely turned them down. I mean, why pay all that money then eat something an hour later which will just make a mess of your teeth again? Ridic! I'm having quite a bit of pre-wedding dental work done here over the next few months so may report back with more details but at the moment, Bupa Dental Centre are going to have to settle for a simple 'meh' from me.

When I actually came for my appointment they were excellent. Everything was provided within the same appointment: x ray, full check in and professional cleaning by the hygienist. All the staff were friendly and very professional. I feel in safe hands and highly recommend this service

The surgery is designed to put you at ease with a play area for the children and sedate music softly playing in the back ground with pastle colours on the walls and plenty of magazines for adults. All the dentists here are very good in there own areas of expertise as well as general dentistry. They do easy payment plans and have a range of fixed prices for treatment, they even open late two nights a week. It's the only dentist I would trust, dont get me wrong I will never look forward to a visit here but I do go. Receptionist's are great.

One of the crowns broke which wasn't a problem something you might expect after the 8 years. Went back to Kiss dental for a replacement, wish I hadn't. Took 4 visits to get something that looked half decent each time having to have a temporary crown drilled off and replaced (3 temporary crowns in total). The final one is not anywhere near as good as the old one there is a big gap between the crown and the tooth next to it, it is that thick I can't bite with it, I would have got a better one on the NHS. They also made me sign to say I was happy with it so I couldn't go back. It has been 10 months since I had it fitted, thought I might get use to it but with it being so thick I can't. Was so disappointed.

I am a private patient here…read morethey are taking in new patients at the moment with only a few limited places available so any one who has not got a dentist go get a place before they all go! The dental centre is big in size, inside it looks lovely and posh. A team of dentists working here i am unsure whether they got 3 or 4, the average wait for getting an appointment with the dentist from here is around one week once you become a member.

I've never had any problems, or infections, or any cause for complaint. Mr Sullivan always explains in detail the treatment, and always takes time to make sure it is satisfactory. The hygienists here are also really good, they explain what's going on in my mouth and how to maximise the benefits of my oral hygiene routine. I would recommend this practice to everyone. I originally found them through NHS choices and they were very highly rated on there. I was looking to have my rather horrible wonky teeth sorted out for my upcoming. The website was awash with promises of what they could offer me, of how easy it would be etc and my honest initial feeling was one of "This sounds too good to be true" but I quickly found upon meeting them all, that it wasn't, they really are just that good at what they do. I'm through the process now of having braces and all that goes with that process and despite the obvious issues of having braces, I don't have a single issue or complaint about Khalid or his team. Exemplary service and support from everyone there. Couldn't be more pleased with end result. Not just clean, straight teeth but a new found passion my overall oral hygiene that will ensure they stay that way. Cant recommend Bank View Smile Studios highly enough. If you are considering having some dental work done or just want a new dentist, just go for it, you will not be disappointed.
