Took off the plastic rapping and the Pen doesn't work, won't charge even turn on. I felt like the young lady who sold me this PEN might of known that this product might be unreliable. Because when I asked about if I had issues she stated that they have a no return policy. So, in all good conscience I can't recommend going to this establishment again. I appreciate the fact they offer military/veterans discount. But I rather patronize a place that at the least would offer an exchange.
