The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because I think that their security personnel are selective with who they are kind with. If you are gay, there is a very obvious type of energy you pick up. Businesses need to understand that it's the smallest things that can affect their numbers. Stop hiring security companies based on either your personal friends with the owner of the company, or the contracted price. Hire quality. I personally won't be returning there for that very reason. Took off the plastic rapping and the Pen doesn't work, won't charge even turn on. I felt like the young lady who sold me this PEN might of known that this product might be unreliable. Because when I asked about if I had issues she stated that they have a no return policy. So, in all good conscience I can't recommend going to this establishment again. I appreciate the fact they offer military/veterans discount. But I rather patronize a place that at the least would offer an exchange.
