These guys have been clearing the snow from my drive way and wheelchair ramp for the last few…read moreyears. After a huge ice storm, they were here a few times that day to ensure that I was able to get out safely.

I am so disappointed . They do property maintenance at our complex and I've never complained until…read morenow. We had an ice storm this passed weekend and they cleared the parking lot Saturday night and dumped snow and ice in our parking spot making it unusable., we had company come who could not stay because they couldn't park .It was reported and they were asked to remove it however they didn't. Sunday night the plow came again and again piled everything onto our spot once again that it was now over five feet tall. My father who is 82 went outside during storm at 2:30 am and asked the driver to stop but was ignored. Company was contacted again and told my father had appointment with surgeon and could not get out of the house because the way everything was-piled up in front of house and was told they were busy so my father could not see his surgeon . Later that day when crew came back they once again was not going to move it but eventually did however they then blocked the walkway into the complex . This is not professional behaviour I am very disappointed

Stay away and save your money!…read more I have acquired Jorin's services in April 2024 for 3 gardens - backyard: 10 emerald cedar, 2 lilacs and 2 red barberries; front porch: 1 Dwarf Japanese Maple and 3 Blue Catmint; and driveway: 12 boxwoods. This included adding new soil, weed fabric, edging and mulching. I paid him a hefty amount as this was a big job. His services included 1 year warranty till April 2025. I have drip automated irrigation installed in the backyard and front porch. I installed a flat soaker hose for the driveway garden with 12 boxwoods. Jorin indicated it would take 2 days to complete the job, but he took about a week to complete it. He was very unprofessional during the job, never showed up on time and more than 3 times longer. He constantly complained about how much of a work this was and was defensive to any feedback. He has no respect for his customers or the service he provides. His services have been barely acceptable. He took 3 times longer to complete the job. He charged me the full amount for 3 full size blue catmint and brought me 3 tiny ones that were just coming out and did not change it even after I mentioned that it was not acceptable. To not allow further delays, I accepted it without any pricing adjustment from his end. He obviously unethically pocketed the extra money. I have been dealing with all the weeds in the backyard garden because he did not put enough mulch which I paid extra for. The Dwarf Japanese Maple looks in no shape healthy and I mentioned that a few times and he doesn't seem to care. Now, we have a boxwood almost dead in 4 months which should be covered under warranty for replacement. I mentioned to him earlier in June and he kept asking me to trim out the brown branches/leaves of boxwood which I did, and it did not help. When I contact him again in August, he is now finding excuses on watering even though I took his advise on installing soaker hose and I have been manually watering the brown boxwood. I have taken care of all the plants more than anyone else would this includes watering through irrigation and manually for those that needed. Besides this, this year we also had a lot of rain and all the boxwood before and after it is doing just fine, and he does not want to respect the warranty. Such a shame! I did not recognize Jorin for the fraud he is. If he took any pride in his services, then he would have replaced it by now - they are pretty darn cheap. I just want to help others to stay away from Jorin and his associated unless you want to suffer and waste your money.
