So, when I dropped it in the metro station and couldn't find it again, I was really upset, especially because I knew I'd bought the last one in the store. But Cuir Mont Royal saved the day! I messaged them on Instagram, and, within an hour, they'd responded that they would do everything they could to get me the same hat.
