I was so excited to finally find both of the items I was looking for, especially when I found out the reasonably priced accessories were also on promo. I started wearing the hat every day in the coldest month of winter. So, when I dropped it in the metro station and couldn't find it again, I was really upset, especially because I knew I'd bought the last one in the store. But Cuir Mont Royal saved the day! I messaged them on Instagram, and, within an hour, they'd responded that they would do everything they could to get me the same hat. Just two days later, they reached out to tell me they'd found it for me, and that they were reserving it for whenever I could come into the store. They were so kind, helpful, and attentive! Truly the kind of customer service you only find in a local business like this one. On top of it all, their selection is unmatched. They have a vast but curated selection of high-quality, stylish products for all budgets. They even have a selection of unique gifts that celebrate the culture of Montréal. I cannot thank them enough for keeping me warm (and fashionable) through the winter. This place is an absolute must for all your winter gear!

The proprietors are friendly and extremely helpful, guiding us to find a jacket for each of us that was exactly what we wanted. They made certain it was the proper style and fit, and would have modified them for us except we found precisely what we were looking for. To cap it off, the cost was unbeatable, especially for this level of quality. I can't recommend this place enough, and I mean that. I questioned it stright away. The clerk advised me the price of 360 was right and I firmly suggested that the price on the tag was the price we were expecting to pay! She then questioned if that was the right tag? I said yes you just took it off the bag and put it on the counter so she scaned it and suggested yet again the price was 360 and it is the correct price. I said we are expecting to pay 330 as that is what the tag says. She then offered to give us 30 cash. I said I want to get the tax as well so she gave us 34.50 back and now my wife ended up paying the price of the bag as per the tag in the store plus the proper tax of course. What a fuc... beep mess. It was all on her credit card but rather then refunding and doing the transaction again at the correct price we were made to deal with this part cash refund and make change for a 40 which turned out to be harder then expected on top of everything else going on. My advice: get the sales recipt stright away and keep your dam eyes peeled on the tag don't let the sales person toss it make sure it all matches up with what you pay becuase if it happened to us it could happen to you. Fine put the prices up your bags are worth it but please change the tags as well to reflect the new prices.
