Went there to buy a standard slim vape pen. I had called before an been quoted $10-$20 depends on…read moremodel. No problem stopped in picked up a pen "brass knuckles" brand (14.99) and a generic tank ($4.99) for it. Got home plugged in the tank was showing it was charged. Wasn't working though... so I charged for the next 2-3days. Still doesn't work. Not sure if it's the tank or the unit but when you suck the oil comes in your mouth. Yuck! Called store they offered to look at / exchange unit. But Honestly bc of the pandemic I'm not going to go out for $22 after tax. Ordered a better kit online for the same price. I'll just take the L on this one. Just keep in mind you may get a broken unit here.

If you're in the Lynchburg, VA area and you vape, consider giving your patronage to Vaperdemic. They are located over in the Wyndhurst area of Lynchburg. I cannot praise those guys enough. Went with my sister yesterday on the recommendation of her mother-in-law. Went to get our Mama a new device, but I ended up buying one for myself (I left my usual device in DC). Those guys know their stuff. Unlike chain stores, they take pride in actual service and knowledge. Patient at answering questions and explaining things. Educating you on everything from devices, could, and juice. Their prices are amazing. The customer service is . I'll definitely give them my business again! I have been back several times since, and these guys are just the best! They take so much time to answer your questions, and they are super friendly. Loving the VooPoo Seal I bought.

The owner got completely outraged at my wife who only wanted another vape. Gave her money to her, took the vape and told her to leave his store! Now, what way is this to act running a business that claims to give excellence. My wife is a local realtor in the community and is certainly not used to being treated this way! I do not recommend this place or having to deal with the owner who's obviously outraged that his product was subpar!
