I was very happy with the staff at Beat Vapes. I had been thinking about buying a Vape for a while went in and they asked all the questions to determine what was best for me. I had done some research and the staff pointed me in the right direction and sold me what I need and did not push me in any other direction to buy something I didn't need. Great job all. Cindy didn't hesitate to allow me to charge my batteries while I went for a jog, and I was grateful for that fact (left mine at home in AZ). So heck yes I bought some extra juice. These folks are kind and have great customer service, and selection as well. read more

Stopped by and these people are really knowledgable and very nice. Shop is very nice and plenty to choose from. They have a ton of different flavors and you can try them all. Also a nice selection of hardware. Prices are also really good. I will be back! read more

Staff do not know very much about their products, bought a product that they said should work for what I was doing. It didnt even work well for what it was intended just a bad product all around and when I brought it back less than 24 hours later they said they would not return in. Siting that they had sold alot of them and they were just fine. Best to go to Modern Vape up the road they have a 14 day return policy, their staff knows a lot more about the product, and the spaces is a lot nicer not seedy like this place. What a rip off. read more

It's an adorable shop run by an amazing group of incredible, caring people who put a great deal of time and effort into curating a welcoming environment for people from all walks of life. They are very selective about the items that they agree to consign, so shoppers have a ton of high-quality, in-style options to choose from. It's honestly dangerous to go in there because there is always something cute that I MUST have; however, if you have a clothing problem like I do, when you're not buying new, you can at least shop with a clean conscience! On the other end, the consignment process is simple, clear, and quick, and you are reasonably compensated when your items sell, especially if you opt for store credit payout. The dressing rooms are honestly my favorite part. When you walk in, you're greeted by hundreds of sticky notes with positive affirmations posted by other shoppers. It's like the positivity and immediate camaraderie you find in the womens' restroom at a club (but without all of the bottom-shelf liquor). Shop small, and shop secondhand!

Excellent service, staff is very knowledgeable and polite. I went in and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. Their selection selection of juice is fantastic a long with the lounge style layout. Overall, this store has improved 10 times since my last visit in 2017. The people that made this shop what it is are no longer there. I use to visit this shop all the time but since the change I don't recommend it to anyone. The prices are now outrageous. They sale house juice only that isn't that good except for a very select few. Second I didn't feel valued as a customer like I do at the surrounding vape shops.
