The owner is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Whether she has what you're looking for or not, it's worth a visit.

The only one that was in order was straight up gross, when you try to flush the water comes up like it's about to flow over. They also don't carry large bags of ice? Definitely not coming here again.

I tried to swap out the battery at the store today because the package says that the battery has a 3 year warranty right on the packaging. And the customer service lady was very rude and snappy with me. Telling me that it's not their problem, and I need to contact the Hart company. She did nothing to try to help me out. A brand new battery for this lawnmower cost $216.00. That's almost as much as I paid for the lawn mower. Walmart is selling this stuff, but they don't stand behind the products that they're selling. I worked for walmart in the 90's, and they always stood behind the product's that sold, Whether you had a receipt or not. Now, this lady barely gave me the time of day when I have a real genuine concern. I will no longer purchase any cordless Hart brand tools from any walmart, if that's the way they're going to treat loyal customers. And i'm giving A; "NO STARS" rating, because that was a "PISS-POOR-EXCUSE" for customer service. I couldn't post my comment without tapping at least one star. But as I mentioned, i'm literally giving "NO STARS"! this interaction with this lady sucked!!!

The sales dude was pretty helpful but I guess the store moved or just opened so some stuff was waiting to be moved... i dont know... all i know is we would have bought stuff but there wasnt a lot of seasonally appropriate wear. He said that should change come spring. A lot of the clothes reminded me of 50 and 60s mobsters, which I think is sooo hot. There were some neat lil knick knacks there too. Watches, bookends, gym bag inserts(which dude man says ladies come in all the time and buy them for their sons in school). They even had a hair and skin care line for men that I have never heard of... but it smelled and felt great!! store is good for guys in their 20s to 40s.

I'm not sure exactly when they shut down, but I'm pretty sure it was in December of 2009, as I remember getting some Christmasy decorations, prop magnets, and such. To this day, I still wear, cherish, and use many of the things I bought there. Mainly, some jeans, a Vintage Red jacket, a Japanese print silk tie, my silver Hideo Wakamatsu backpack, and of course my Ambiguous "Yuki" t-shirt that they had me model for their newspaper ad. Grass Valley really needs more places like this to support guys who want to enjoy contemporary, fitted, slick city fashion while shopping local in this small mountain town. Everything else is either too young, too old, or too cheap.
