Helpful staff, quick and friendly service, good selection of first aid supplies. A true gem of a local pharmacy.

Fantastic staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of gifts and goods. Couldn't be happier to have them in Quincy.

Completely ripped off on men's multi-vitamins. Their cost was $12.00 higher than the local competitor.

So, at the risk of sounding creepy, I've been stalking Hammer & Stain for a while. My mail box is…read morenext door to them, you see, so I've been admiring the projects in the window like a shy voyeur. My super-fun SIL and I love to get crafty together, so by sheer luck (or fate, if you will) I happened upon a Super Sunday promo and booked us both for a belated Galentine's night out! First, let me say that boss lady Sydney is absolutely the life of the party! She graciously accommodated a customization request for SIL and both our projects came out great! The workshops are quick, unique, and extra fun thanks to sassy Sydney! If you've been there, done that to the canvas paint & sip places, switch it up and come get hammered at Hammer & Stain!

We went to Hammer and Stain for a work event. It's not your average craft and sip. You actually…read morefeel like you made something unique that no one else could make. I was terrified the whole time that my piece would turn out awful! But the staff walks you through it and makes sure that you're doing everything correctly. I liked seeing how differently everyone's piece turned out. Thats what set it apart from other activities like a paint and sip. You're able to personalize it, so no one walks out with the same picture. You also can use power tools! What's more fun than that!? The staff was so friendly even when our group got a little rowdy. They helped me figure out color schemes and even brought out the glitter! Definitely want to go again.

I wanted more of a selection of desserts instead of a full cake for the wedding, and Quincy Cooking Cottage could do just that! They did mini cheesecakes, lemon bars, and cookies - along with a small cake for us to cut :) It was perfect - they even decorated the table for us so it looked great! We added the s'mores bar which was a huge hit! We also had Quincy Cooking Cottage cater a breakfast for us the morning of the wedding - quiches, bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, granola. It took stress off of us for having to figure out breakfast ideas - they just did it for us! So glad we decided to add that! Thank you for everything! Nicole & Justin

Just talked to Connie, the owner at Quincy Cooking Cottage about a wedding cake. We are getting…read moremarried at Twenty Mile House and they are one of the available bakers. She is absolutely a JOY to talk to, and she was extremely accommodating of our one-day turn-around for cake tastings. She works with her granddaughters, so it's really a family business. When she asked me the groom's name and I sheepishly said, "well, actually, it's another bride," she responded heartily saying, "that is absolutely always okay!" This coming from a lady who had to meet early to teach Sunday school. How awesome is that? We are not sure which bakery we are going to pick yet, but she was so nice it weighs heavily in their favor! Major bonus for being LGBTQ-friendly! :-)
