I liked seeing how differently everyone's piece turned out. Thats what set it apart from other activities like a paint and sip. You're able to personalize it, so no one walks out with the same picture. You also can use power tools! What's more fun than that!? The staff was so friendly even when our group got a little rowdy. She is absolutely a JOY to talk to, and she was extremely accommodating of our one-day turn-around for cake tastings. She works with her granddaughters, so it's really a family business. When she asked me the groom's name and I sheepishly said, "well, actually, it's another bride," she responded heartily saying, "that is absolutely always okay!" This coming from a lady who had to meet early to teach Sunday school. How awesome is that? We are not sure which bakery we are going to pick yet, but she was so nice it weighs heavily in their favor! Major bonus for being LGBTQ-friendly! :-)
