We discussed a few things about customization, and she said that would be no problem. I said great. She then said she would need to reach out to someone she knew about the customization, and she would call me back by the middle of the following week. That conversation was on 7/31/2026. She said if I didn't hear from Her by the middle of that week. To call her back. I gave her that entire week because I understand she has a business and can get busy. I'm not her only potential client. Makes sense. So I called on 8/10/2026. Which was a Monday. But they were closed on that day. Which is fine. No big deal. I then called on 8/11/2026 which was Tuesday, twice. I left a message. No response or call back. Maybe she didn't want to work with my husband and me. That's okay. The product she makes seems very appealing and nice. It was the best one we saw from the other business we had checked out. But I guess we will have to go with one of them since they haven't reached back out and won't answer the phone. So if you're local, you can swing by and probably, maybe, have a good experience. But we didn't. Just be careful. I wished it worked out because we really want to work with her. But oh well.
