I struggled to put in an order on their website, but I gave them a call, and handled it all over the phone. They took my credit card information and the message that I wanted to send, and told me that it would be delivered before Mother's Day, as they didn't work on that day because they're all moms. No problem - love that for them. The large bouquet was $75 before tax, and I told her what colors I wanted for it, and I explained that last time I brought my mom flowers. It was in glass vase and I would prefer something more durable in case she drops it, as her hands are shaky at times. The woman in the phone reassured me that they would take care of it and it's something normal that they do. Let me tell you, they did everything that they said they would. I can't seem to find the picture to post here, which was gorgeous, but the flowers lasted over two weeks and my mother was extremely pleased by them. She kept telling me how everyone was complementing her flowers as others had died. For what I got, I would say that the value of spend was extremely good. I will most definitely be ordering again from them for my next occasion and thank you for having such great customer service, that's hard to come by in this day and age.
