We ordered a tomato sauce huge meatballs, seafood linguini & all dressed pizza. They are okay, nothing really surprising, I mean I didn't order any specialties to begin with, right? I find the meat balls are a bit too salty, the tomato sauce doesn't balance it out. Seafood linguini was also a bit salty, it's literally the same sauce with a pinch of sour taste. Pizza, its a super thin pizza, I would prefer to have a little bit more cheese but that's my taste I originally thought they use wooded oven but sadly it is not, so it's really missing the Smokey flavour. Generally speaking, the experience is nice, the waitress took care of us and I see they constantly wiping the area to ensure sanity and cleanness. The price is a bit high for the type of food and the quality. But hey, let's support locals!

Very solid meal. The salad dressing was exceptional delicious. It tasted like it was house made…read more The only issue is the olives that were included were soggy & not eatable. The pizza was very tasty. Pepperoni/Mushrooms. Well done & cooked correctly. The serving staff was a little off. Particularly the follow up. He came over with the cheese & pepper about 1/2 way through the meal. Restaurant was clean & modern & the bathrooms were particularly clear & well looked after. I'll never get here again but I'd go here if I were.

Everything was served hot and packed with plenty of flavor. Definitely recommend adding their chili crunch to the pizzas. The pizza ovens are huge here and each pizza had the perfect crispy crunch. When you enter there's plenty of indoor seating and a large bar. I loved the high ceilings and open kitchen concept. Upstairs is reserved for private events and there was a nice outdoor patio. Highly recommend coming here for some quality Italian.

We parked underground it was a Friday night so the place was buzzing. We were lucky to get a table right away. You could make reservation via OpenTable however there is a deposit required and we didn't want to pay in case we couldn't make it so we took our chance. There were two hosts. The younger gentleman was friendlier than the older one. We were seated and it took awhile before our server came to say hi. I think there is a different level of service if you could speak French or not. We ordered the calamari and shrimp to start, it was SO good. The calamari was nicely breaded and the shrimp was tasty. We ordered two pizzas to try. One was the margarita and the other was Americana (comes with prosciutto - it was too salty so I could finish the meat portion). The Mac and cheese was really good. Our little one loved it. We asked for the truffle on the side. We didn't order any dessert because we were too full. It's a nice vibe and a great spot for a large group. It can get pretty loud so you feel like you have to yell when you are speaking. The washrooms are on the second floor. There is a patio upstairs and I saw a few tables. The vibe I. The main dining room is where everything is happening. It's a nice area to shop and eat.

(Initially reviewed & written 7/1/2020, but it was posted for the wrong restaurant location)…read more When the restaurant's re-opened post lockdown, Le Mista was one of the first sit-down restaurants I went to - it was my first time there, though it was a restaurant my boyfriend has been telling me about for a long time. It was weird to sit down at a restaurant after months of takeout, and to see how things have changed: socially distanced tables, mandatory hand sanitizing at the door and a designated person to sanitize all the menus between uses. All waiters and cooks had a face shield on. Our drink orders were taken immediately, though it was clear that the face shield caused some communication issues as we and the waiter had trouble hearing each other - nothing insurmountable, but certainly an adjustment. I should mention here (because it becomes relevant later) that I don't drink alcohol, so I ordered a virgin strawberry mojito. We then got a complimentary amuse bouche of foie gras macarons, that were so beautiful, not to mention delicious. We also ordered the house bread, which was a beautiful mini loaf of foccacia, drizzled in olive oil with pieces of sun dried tomatoes and basil thrown in - so simple, yet incredibly tasty. My boyfriend and I ordered the burrata to start, a carbonara for me and a  pancetta truffle pizza for him. To save myself the time, I'll say this: ALL of it, every single bite, was phenomenal. And not being a huge pizza eater, I will also say this: THIS pizza in particular was one of the BEST pizzas I've ever eaten EVER. So there's that. When the bills came, however, was when I was truly impressed. Being that there were 7 of us in total, our waiter came to ask if the bottles of wine shared at dinner should be split equally between 6 people. Just the 6 drinkers. Without me having mentioned anything (which for the record, I wouldn't have anyway). And then, to cap off the meal, he brought over complimentary shots for everyone... with a special non-alcoholic, not just water, shot for me. It is things like this that will always impress me and, I should mention here that, as a non-alcoholic drinker, it is rare that waiters do anything out of the ordinary for me. Which I'm used to, and that's fine. So this was truly something that made an already great restaurant experience even better. My only regret? Not having room for dessert...
