I called Ranger at 4 o'clock on Friday afternoon in desperation for help and they made adjustments to their work schedule to come out and had the crew there by 6 PM that drove from an hour and a half away. The crew was absolutely AMAZING and worked non-stop till after midnight. They kept in contact over the weekend and returned on Monday to assess the progress, and did an outstanding job of cutting the drywall and cleaning everything. I truly am in awe of the service they provided. A huge shout out to Matt, Tristen, and Michael who were so kind, respectful of our property and hard working beyond belief! Warning to anyone considering this moving company: BE CAUTIOUS…read more During my move, they damaged one of my matching light fixtures. The issue is that the fixtures are discontinued, so replacing only the broken one leaves me with mismatched lights and an incomplete set. Instead of taking responsibility for the full loss they caused, they only offered to replace the single broken fixture and refused to address the fact that the entire set is now affected. Accidents can happen in any move, but accountability matters. In my experience, this company was unwilling to make the situation right in a fair way and focused more on limiting their responsibility than resolving the damage they caused. If you use them, make sure you document everything and understand how they handle damage claims before trusting them with your belongings.
