The floor they put in is already cracked in multiple places throughout the living room and dinning room. The grout in the bathroom floor is coming up. Overall it looks worse after their "fix" than it did before the incident. Again, I wish I could give a lower rating. I HIGHLY recommend you consider another company. We definitely got screwed.

It was as if their bread/butter was what they did for the first part of our problem and then couldn't care less about the rest. Ultimately we ended up fixing the walls/ceiling ourselves. If you go with them, just be ready for at some point for there to be a break-down in communication and for you to be doing a lot of the calling/emailing them to get answers.
