They took most of the summer to fix it while we lived in a hotel and did a crap job. They didn't even paint everything like they were supposed to in the living room or stairwell. The floor they put in is already cracked in multiple places throughout the living room and dinning room. The grout in the bathroom floor is coming up. Overall it looks worse after their "fix" than it did before the incident. Again, I wish I could give a lower rating. I HIGHLY recommend you consider another company. We definitely got screwed.

A week ago we noticed a rotten smell in the bathroom and thought it was a dead mouse in the bathroom vent and made an appointment today to have our air ducts and vents cleaned by A to Z Heating and Cooling. Just found out sewer gas is coming through the shower drain because there is no trap to hold water and prevent odor. Now we're faced with a major plumbing problem.
