Only really one bad thing... the rooms are pretty small. Maybe not by Manhattan standards, but small. It's all relative but we were just finishing a hiking tour of the South Tyrolean Alps and there were a couple of really great hotels we stayed at (Romantik Turm) http://www.yelp.com/biz/romantik-hotel-turm-fi%C3%A8-allo-sciliar-2 and the Rosa Alpina (http://www.rosalpina.it/) and the Rosa Petra was not really in the same league. Very clean and modern but the bathroom a little on the cramped side as well as the rest of the room. The usual complaint with a bathroom that size... no place for two people to layout their stuff.
Staff was nice and the gym was great. But it's a 2-0 minjute walk into Cortina and there is not much see or places to eat other than at the hotel.
Great little bar downstairs and the usual awesome Italian breakfast buffet.
