The owners were delightful and friendly, it was clear this was a family tun food truck with authentic mexican cuisine. we had delicious super burritos, and both the green and red salsas were amazingly flavorful. Rosa's & Rueben's is a great, quick lunch spot with authentic Mexican with local ingredients. I loved the super burrito with pork.

Excellent beef tacos! I got green sauce with mine and my son got red with his, both were delicious. 3 tacos that most consider "street tacos" sized. Rosa and Reuben are wonderful and friendly and provide quick service even with multiple customers. Nice to have good Mexican food on this side of town and avoid the horrendous road construction on the west end! read more

Excellent authentic Mexican food at a reasonable price! Our family ordered 3 Rosa's Specials as well as the Chicken Nachos. The portions were very generous (if you aren't a big eater, you could easily split either of the entrees. Or just do what we did and eat WAY too much because it is too good to abandon.) The bread in Rosa's Special is homemade and yummy! The service is super friendly and quick. It should be noted that this is a food truck so there is no inside seating, but there are a couple of big picnic tables on site if you want to eat in the fresh air or you can take your delicious meal to go. If I am ever in Cody again, I will definitely come back to try some of the other menu items. read more

We had a lovely lunch here. The horchata was great. They wrote it how you pronounce it because the H is silent in Spanish. The food truck has tables with a cover but it would be uncomfortable in harsh weather. They take credit cards and are very sweet family. read more

Easy access, fine food and friendly folks make this Taco Truck a great place for authentic Mexican food at fair prices. Rosa and Ruben and their 6th grade daughter greeted us as if we were old friends and guided us through the menu with patience and warmth. I got the burrito with pork beans rice and green salsa. My wife got tacos with three different meats in each. Both were great. Rosa and Rueben serve the real deal and I know because I lived in Tucson for 35 years. We highly recommend this little establishment. The homemade pineapple drink was delicious too, although the 32 oz size was bit big. read more

Go figure in Cody Wyoming there would be one of the best taco trucks north of Colorado. Big portions for a fair price and outstanding taste. If you're ever in Cody you need to stop and try! It's up on the hill next to Burger King. Tacos are some of the best I've ever had. read more

Rosa and Ruben are a darling couple who make some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. When they say fresh, they mean they are cooking up the chicken they just butchered in the back. We got the nachos with chicken and the agua piña (pineapple water). The nachos are HUGE and totally delicious. The agua piña is freshly made on site, no preservatives. The food truck site has a couple of benches that overlook a pretty scene of water and mountains. It's a beautiful place to stop for a delicious meal on the way to Yellowstone. read more

It's a trailer in a gravel lot. I had the super burrito; it's pretty big! Wife had picadillo tacos. Both were excellent.
