We used this company years ago when the Mom Rosa owned it. Tried to set up and because of moving needed to reschedule two three weeks out- wanted monthly cleaning. They said too busy find someone else. Good cleaning people with quality customer service is hard to find. We had two of our families using them way back with Rosa the Mom. Rosa and her daughter did a fantastic job on our house, which was very overdue for a cleaning. Rosa was communicative through Yelp, confirmed the day before the appointment, and arrived early to our address. They did so many "extras', like sweeping baseboards, cleaning out the dirty oven and fridge, and wiping surfaces such as the tops of picture frames, cabinet faces, etc. Rosa and her daughter are affordable, and provide an excellent level service. I hired Rosa to clean my 2 bedroom townhome for move out and I was very happy with the results. Rosa was very quick and detail oriented. She was able to have my place fully clean in 2 hours when it would have probably taken me 5 hours. Rosa is also very nice and quickly responded to any questions I have. When my son bought a brand new home in Vail, AZ it was never cleaned upon move in and now that we are trying to sell it, I contacted several yelp cleaning companies and not only did they respond immediately, she rearranged her schedule to fit our home in and was very professional and polite! Rosa was quick to schedule; however she did need to change schedule dates and times a few times before she truly committed. Day of service, she was 1/2 hour late and still no call/ no show. Upon texting she said she'd be there after additional hour of waiting. I advised her not to bother. If you choose the date/time at least have the courtesy to text/call prior to being late. read more
