I had them come out to check my Mr. Cool's mini splits, because they sounded like they were…read moreleaking. Eric said they can check them, but can't order parts for them, that is up to you to deal with the company. They charged my system and checked out the mini slit that was leaking and the technician showed me where it was leaking and then he had to leave for training. He said to check the other units and send pictures, so I did. The next day I called and asked when they were coming back to check the other three and he said they would have to put me back on the list. I called the next day and just asked for a letter from them to send to Mr. Cool warranty department stating the mini split was leaking, so I could get a replacement for it and Eric said, "The owner doesn't feel comfortable putting his name on a letter to another company stating the unit was leaking." I will never use a company that can't stand by their work. Call Crump Air & Heat (229) 469-6340 they came out faster and gave me a letter I could give to the warranty department to get a replacement!

I had bought them used. Once I got them into the van they stunk so bad I couldn't put them in my house. So they were sitting in the garage. I had explained the nicotine damage and disgusting residue that was on these pieces of furniture. She took all that into consideration and recommended me to her son, AJ.
