No offer of a water refill. After waiting a long time she finally came back and asked if I want dessert, but left without taking my order or hearing my question (wine cake?). She is responsible for this bad review and losing more business from me and other customers who also were sitting and waiting. "Have you ever waited tables before?" No, but I've had great service at many places, and this wasn't it. Unfortunately that's where I'm setting it: Don't reward bad service with your money.
