He's great about communicating at any hour but try to keep him to business hours so he doesn't go crazy! Very generous with his time and resources and will work out most any scenario to get you in and on budget. I had ugly silver brake calipers on my 23 RAV4 TRD. I feel they needed a little something. A tech at Gladstone Toyota recommended Rose City Dip. I drove by there one day after work and walked into the office. Dom was actually working on a car, and was not available (and didn't see me right away). I was so impressed watching him work and seeing the care he put into the car in the shop. When he was done, he came to the office and I explained what I wanted. He gave me a quote and I went on my way. Months later, I called and made an appointment. I got in that same week. When it came time to pay, Dom remembered that he had quoted me a certain price and told me he would honor the quoted price from months ago. Dom also told me that if there are ever cracks or chips on my calipers that he will fix them at no charge. I am so happy with the results. Aight here's the run down. With only two handfuls of reviews to go by, I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical. But after getting the ball rolling with quotes, Dom was super responsive and super informative throughout the process. It is with the highest recommendation I encourage you to 1: "Dip" your car (for an awesome, unique, customized look to your specifications, as well as protecting your paint and wheels underneath), and 2: to have Rose City Dip (Dom, Owner) do it for you. If you're on the West Coast , you only have 2 choices (well, 2 authorized and certified professionals to do this work choices). Dom (in Portland) or a shop in L.A. I spoke to both and there was no contest - Dom was by far more knowledgeable and accommodating and willing to work with me to make the best decision for my desires and needs. (The L.A. shop was not familiar with "autoflex" and wanted $100 to "look at the car" to "give me a quote" and had issues understanding my request. Rose City Dip answered ALLLLL my questions (about 5-6 email lengthy email exchanges) to get a decision and gameplan down that was the best scenario for my project --- all before asking me for a cent or talking money). Beyond that Dom did a FANTASTIC job and blew my expectations away on how the car would look and was very considerate of the fact I was 9-10 drive away and thus made extra accommodations to both myself and the car to ensure the projects success and ensure it was done right.
