My wife arranged for Rayane to detail my 2016 F150 as a birthday gift, and from the start, she said he was professional, responsive, and punctual. He arrived on time, needed nothing more than a spigot, and got straight to work, detailing my F150 inside-and-out, bumper-to-bumper--even with less-than-ideal weather. This truck has been through it all--coastal road trips, family vacations (with animals), and nearly a decade of use with minimal TLC. Finally, the stars aligned for a professional detail, but what Rayane delivered went beyond expectations. His meticulous work erased years of wear and neglect. Honestly, my truck hasn't looked this good since I bought it in 2016--maybe even better. After over five hours of detailing, he apologized for the raindrops that fell after he was done. Yes, he apologized for the rain. Rayane takes this seriously. This isn't just "cleaning a vehicle really well." This is detailing in every sense of the word. Absolutely incredible work. He answered the questions I had about detailing my car, which also included paint correction polish on my door handles and the scraped back quarter panel from a parking garage post. He was able to address my needs after several text conversations, came over and gave me a thorough explanation and estimate, and was able to work on my car in his garage since it was raining. Rayane is amazing! He always shows up right on time and is very professional. My car always looks completely brand new when he is finished with it. He will work with you if you want to buy detailing in bulk and handles all of the scheduling and is very flexible. Also, if you need anything beyond the normal, he is willing to adjust and add any additional services as needed. I usually go with a basic detailing, but I had some bad water spots left on my paint. We waited for the right time/season to clean those up and as promised they were completely taken care of. I can't recommend his services enough. read more

I bought a truck at an auction in Chehalis WA and live in Long Beach, CA. The truck was filthy so i wanted to get it detailed before making the long drive. My plan was to fly into Portland Thursday morning and have my buddy pick me up and drive me up to get it, then stay in Portland that night, have it detailed Friday morning, then drive down south to visit other family before heading home with a detour through the Redwoods. I reviewed yelp reviews and ended up setting an appointment with VIP detailing a week or so b4 my trip. Fast forward to Thursday at 455pm...I get a call from vip, they say it's supposed to rain and want to reschedule. Rain..in Oregon?? Really? Reschedule isn't an option. 503detail was another place I was looking at because of all the great reviews. It was a long shot but I called the number...now it's 5pm Thursday night. Ryan answers, says they open at 9am and he has an appointment at 10am. I thanked him for his time and told him what happened. We had a unique situation with overspray from a local construction site covering four company vehicles in our parking lot. We needed a skilled and mobile detailer to come get them cleaned up. Rayane was quick to respond to my request, provided a written quote, and once approved was quick to get us on his schedule. It took three days and some special chemicals to complete the task and get the vehicles detailed but he was timely and did a great job!
