I was visiting my parents from Southern California and had driven approximately 17 hours, so my parents decided to surprise me with a massage. I got an hour massage from Ashley. She asked me before she got started if there were any areas that were bothering me; because of what I do for a living, my back was super tight and sore (I'm sure all the driving hadn't helped). She spent quite a bit of time on my back which helped a ton. She even noticed that an area between my ribs was really tender (it'd been bothering me for weeks, even hurt to breathe) and spent a bit of time working that area out. When the massage was finished she spent maybe another five or ten minutes going over some stretches and exercises that I can do to loosen my chest and back muscles since they carry so much gear.
