I politely mentioned the issue (I didnt address her rudely/calm tone) and she viciously retorts, "You should've asked for toner then!" I replied, "What? Shouldn't toner be complimentary since it's a blonde color I asked for and not orange?" She answered, "No-it costs extra." I said, "Wow..ok, so why didn't you tell me at the time the result would be orange unless I paid extra for the toner." She replied, "Look..I'm busy right now-there's no refunds but if you want, you can schedule an appointment and I can try fixing it for partial cost." I told her, "No- I'd like it to be fixed at no cost since orange is not the color I asked for." She refused to fix it for free and I wrote the BBB (better business bureau). I went someplace else to have it fixed and the hairstylist there told me she would have to cut several inches off my hair since Donna overprocessed and fried my hair. Don't fall for any positive reviews, please!! Horrible, horrible.
