To which she replied, "I don't think you understand how much we joke with each other". After a disingenuous apology, it's safe to say that there's a lack of leadership at this establishment. She makes suggestions on what she thinks would look best. My eyebrows always come out just the way I want them. They offer many services and have a punch card that gets your 5th threading at half off. Whenever Monu has been out for maternity leave or personal reasons she is always very apologetic to all of her customers when she returns. They have a longterm customer in me.
