I made an appointment with Cassie and requested a Volume Lash Fill at the time the appointment was made. They allotted a full hour and a half for the slot. Upon arrival Cassie let me know that she was in a hurry as she needed to be somewhere. I let her know that I needed a Volume Fill and she assured me that would be fine. I did NOT get a Volume Fill. I ended up with a Classic Fill with gaps and spaces. I PAID for a Volume Fill. I contacted via text Cassie and was told that I did get a Volume Fill. I am not new, I know what a Volume Fill looks like. The Manager called me and was extremely rude. I said "Hello" and she immediately started ranting on and on. I had to literally interrupt her and ask to tell my side of the experience. The Manager claimed my lashes did get a Volume Fill and I had to remind her that not only had she NOT seen my lashes, there were no pictures or any proof that my lashes were done correctly. The Manager didn't ask for pictures, nor did she ask me to come in so she could see them. The Manager proceeded to yell at me for so long that I hung up. Cassie should have called me to begin with, and then to have someone else call and treat me awful from the beginning, before even knowing what the issue was, is unacceptable by anyone's standards. I don't normally complain, but after contacting Cassie and after speaking with the Manager and getting horrible customer service from both, I decided a review was necessary. I was so horrified when I went in to get my lashes done. Jennifer, a quote unquote master, went into the restroom between clients. She was in there for several minutes. While the toilet was flushing she came out. It was very obvious she did NOT wash her hands. Her next client came and she started working on her. She did not use any hand sanitizer before or after working on client. The masters do not wash their hand or use hand sanitizer between clients. Horrific! Do not go there. If you do, you may ask if the person doing your eyelashes happened to wash their hands!!!! read more

I have been going to Jennifer for over a year and she is amazing! She is fast but thorough and I have never once left disappointed. She takes the time to make sure that every lash is perfect before I leave and I get compliments wherever I go. She is also very flexible when I have ever needed to re-schedule or I'm running a little late even though I know she is crazy busy! Jennifer is the best lash artist! My lashes are perfect! The length graduates out so beautifully and they never clump! They last 2-3 weeks and could probably go longer if I wanted.
