My 79 year old father was recently diagnosed with COVID and accidentally had his Paxlovid prescription sent to Leonia Pharmacy (instead of CVS in Leonia). After we learned about the mix-up, I phoned Leonia and spoke to the pharmacist, Sera Kim. Despite the fact the pharmacy closed 30 minutes prior, she said she would be happy to fill the prescription (along with my dad's cough syrup). She also provided sound advice for throat pain & spent time informing me about the side effects of the medication. I am incredibly grateful for such caring, dedicated pharmacists like Sera Kim. Additionally, I'd note that the pharmacy has a good selection of face masks.

Great local pharmacy!…read more In a world dominated by the CVS/Walgreen's pharmacy chain, it's great to see that there's still options out there that are not corporate owned. The location is ideal. Located directly across the street from Montefiore's Moses Division hospital (along with several blocks of medical offices), you don't need to travel too far to pick up essentials or a prescription. The only notable pharmacy within distance is a crappy Rite Aid, so this makes coming here the better choice. Inside is small and during a busy line time, it can be harder to maneuver inside. They offer UPS pick ups, so you can drop your package off here. Stock is about the same as most pharmacies. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I haven't needed to pick up a prescription here yet, but I'll update accordingly if/when the time comes. Street parking in an already hard to find parking area is your only option unless you're on foot or want to pay for one of Montefiore's lots. Just be sure to read the signs as parking enforcement are relentless around here and won't stop. All in all a great option in the area and I'd surely come here anytime.
