The pharmacist in North Carolina couldn't figure out how to bill me because it was out-of-state insurance, so I did research and saw that there was another pharmacy that took my NYRX insurance, but they didn't carry the prescription. I got fed up and called QuickRX again and asked if they could get the prescription back. The problem stems from one unprofessional receptionist who lacks proper phone etiquette. She said, "Miss Senior, do you know this is out-of-state insurance? So what are you calling for?" (If that was the case, why did you transfer it "out of state, where was all this knowledge?) I asked if they could transfer my prescription back to QuickRX, and she said I have to call my doctor to send it back, telling me I was going back and forth with pharmacies, raising her voice, so I raised mine back, and she wasn't going to style me. I'm just trying to get my prescription; it was never my intention to cause a problem, but since she is the stereotypical Black American woman, she sees it as a problem. I will inform my doctor not to send my prescription to QuickRX in the near future, as this has been the most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever dealt with. If I had to pick up my prescription and she had said anything crazy to me, I would've crashed out on her. This girl needs to count pills or sweep the pharmacy; you have no mannerisms, your character diiirttyyy!!!!

Since my last review was deleted, here I go, again…read more.. Within the past year, Moribotos is under new ownership &, lets just say, I wasn't the happiest customer once this happened. Prescriptions I had been getting for 7 years, every 30 days, now weren't able to be filled the same day. Why? Well, last month I had to call the insurance company/dr office myself bcuz I was told I was unable to fill 1 of my prescriptions, (& not having this particular prescription would inevitably put me in the ER within a few days, & a pharmacist should be 100% aware of this/was aware, since I told him that && I was also leaving for vacation), so I HAD to get this done. (Mind you, ea time I went into the pharmacy, it wasn't PACKED - he was on his cell). He told me to make the calls/aka - do his job, (which the woman from my insurance company told me). After my 2nd call to the insurance company (approx 3min total on the phone/the amnt of time it would've taken the pharmacist here to do it), they told me my prescriptions were ready TWO DAYS AGO! Knowing I was supposed to leave for vacation (& knowing I had told Mike MANY times, I was LIVID!) Not only did he screw up ALL my medications somehow, but NOW, he made me miss 2 days of my vacation & $1500 for accomodations on my vaca (which I also told him), cuz ya can't cancel day of! -- so, knowing ALL of this didn't need to happen, & it was 100% the fault of the pharmacist made me soo angry! Incompetence is the 1 thing I CANT stand! Especially when dealing with someone's medication! Needless to say, I've just switched pharmacies today & GUESS WHAT?! - I CAN FILL ALL OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS THE SAME DAY! Thus proving the Pharmacist's incompetence. & while I did curse him out, he 100% deserved it! He made me lose $1500!! I TRIED to stay bcuz the location is ideal, but it caused me SOO much stress that my Doctor suggested I switch pharmacies, especially after hearing that I was receiving some 2 weeks apart from my other medications, & he knows they're meant to be given on the SAME DAY! - it's common sense! Yes, this is an individual incident; however, it took a bit for my prescriptions to end up THAT far apart--AND he would ask me to go in (cuz whenever I couldn't fill my medication when due; I got stressed/anxious, like anyone would if they NEEDED their medication, & who doesn't NEED their medication?!); & explain in further (or so he thought), detail as to why I couldn't get them. So, he not only made me go there for no reason, but made me go to slowly tell me the same thing he told me on the phone! Why waste someone's time like that?! The women who work there are so nice, & this review is only based on the pharmacist, Mike (just so i don't throw people this review isn't about under the bus) & don't delete this 1 - this is my review, I stand by my review - I just wish I wrote it sooner & escaped what the pharmacy has become before I let it get me THIS angry/upset

I've had some great experiences with this place and then I've had some awful ones where I left…read moreliterally crying because I was treated like trash and my unborn baby was basically called stupid for not moving by a sonogram tech named Sharon. Four stars for my great experiences is that nearly all of the staff is very nice, they have patience and know that it's a special moment and so they happily experience it with you with joy. From the front desk, to the other sonogram techs, the woman who takes blood - all professionals and always so nice to me. Sharon on the other hand, I've seen her 3x and she was so nasty to me every single time. Unprofessional, Very rough, very angry, very cold, ignored questions by rudely ignoring you as if you didn't say anything and would make stupid remarks. Last time was my last time with her, i had to do a scan of the baby's heart and spine - she was so NASTY to me and so frustrated that he wasn't moving the way she wanted that she ended up making a comment basically calling him stupid. She was so rough with my bump and my body, kept making the chair go down suddenly in different directions. She ignored ALL my questions, told me to basically shut up by saying she's "trying to work here", gets upset and pushes my seat in such a way that I couldn't even see the baby and kept telling me not to pick up my head and she didn't print out any sonogram pictures nothing... this special moment that I was looking forward to having ... she absolutely destroyed....I left there feeling horrible. I called the office and they wrote on my profile to never assign me to her again. I suggest if you don't like a staff member to let it be known especially if it's a tech.

My ultrasound tech took the time to explain the process we would go through, and made sure that I felt comfortable with it. The Doctor I spoke with was knowledgeable and prompt which I appreciated!
