Well, I had never had a legal problem in my life until I mistakenly took 2 Ambien instead of another med, and got arrested for DUI (fortunately even though I was out of it, no one got hurt). Everything I had heard about the D.A.'s office being tough as nails was true. The charges were held over me for over a year. Brian never gave up, kept fighting for the charges to be dropped.
