We hired Rose Petal through my amazing wedding planner (Courtney Justice owner of Just Us Weddings) after her thorough research and speaking with the owner of Rose Petal. I have very simple taste. I did not do huge floral center pieces or many flowers at all other than my bouquet, my one maid of honors bouquet, groom and best mains boutonnières, two additional for my brother (who walked me down the aisle) and the Father of the groom. In addition I had two corsages made for my mother and my mother in law. Other than those florals I requested some bud vases for the tables (minimal flowers needed) and some greenery for my welcome sign and the sweetheart table. Now I did have ONE special request that did require labor and a substantial amount of flowers, but one I was ready and eager to pay the price for: a floral arbor for us to stand infront of during the ceremony (reference picture of the arbor inspiration taken from Instagram at our ceremony location). We communicated this to Rose Petal and we were assured that they do this all of the time and that it would be no problem. The day of they claimed that there was too much wind (the lake had no ripples on it at all - red flag #1) for them to safely construct the arbor. The owner came and talked to me in the bridal suite and said she did not feel comfortable to construct this and have it potentially fall during the ceremony (understandable). She proposed a solution of two half arch pieces that just did not connect in the middle as to not catch much wind and topple over. I agreed with this solution. The floral team had to go back to the store to get more "supplies" (red flag #2). After they returned (some time later) the solution "arch" that they had made was not at all the picture she had described to me (picture below of final result). I am all of 5 feet 4 inches and I had high heels on and this structure was smaller than me. The officiant had ZERO room to stand or even to move out of the way of our first kiss picture. ON TOP of them absolutely under delivering, they were ABSOLUTELY unprofessional to my wedding planner and above all my mother. It was shown that they were absolutely unprepared to do what I asked, what they agreed to, and then what they proposed. Unprofessional, Unprepared, and above all Unapologetic. I hope they don't ruin anyone else's wedding by under delivering. I would have gone with the Florist who originally created the arch in the inspiration picture if I could do it over (Mum's Florals in Whitefish). read more

VERY disappointed in them. I am a VERY loyal customer sending my mother flowers 4 to 6 times a year I never have a problem. The one time I called to doublecheck my mother received her flowers they were so incredibly rude to me had such an attitude with me and lost my mothers flowers, I will NEVER order from them ever again. I ordered the "blossoms in vogue" bouquet to send to my mother in law after her surgery. I live out of state, so I wanted to use a local florists where she lives. She sent me a picture of the flowers she received and I was extremely DISAPPOINTED with the flowers that were delivered. They did NOT look like the picture I saw on the website. The website displayed a FULL arrangement of roses and hydrangea. She received about 3 yellow roses, 4-5 orange roses, looked like one green hydrangea and since they were out of hot pick roses they replaced them with tulips. It looked like a very sparse arrangement and for the amount I paid, I was very upset I didn't get what I saw on their site. I phoned the flower shop and the lady I spoke with told me that Teleflora does their website and they normally make the arrangements fuller than what they send. WHAT?!! That is false advertisement! The lady did apologize (that is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1), however, I will never order from them again. What is on their website is not what you will receive. read more
