So about 3 years ago I had put my car into the water filled ditch. My car literally drowned. Despite that I was able to drive it for a week after that. When I finally put gas in it after the crash, it broke down. Wouldn't start up. I had a friend look at it and he couldn't figure out what was wrong. So we sent it to the Chevy dealer (Norther Motors) in trf to get fixed. They fixed and sent it back to me. Another week later it won't start up again. So we send it back. This time they tell us that the computer is full of water and when winter comes it will freeze up and destroy the car. They said it would cost thousands of dollars to fix. One of the technicians said he would by it from us for $500 so he could fix it up and keep it for himself since he had just moved from Vegas and didn't have a car. I remember him saying it would even cost him thousands of dollars to fix it. So we agreed to sell it to him and he would pay us at the end of the month and we would give him the title. Meanwhile we left the car in their parking lot since supposedly it "wouldn't run". Not even a week later I see my car posted on the TRF sell and swap page for $ 2,500 ($1,000 over what I had bought it for before the damage). We immediately contacted the and told them we would not be selling him the car and we were going to come pick it up. Since I had already purchased a new car we let it sit in our garage over the winter since we had no idea what to do with it. Once spring came I sold it to my sister. All it needed was a battery. It has been running ever since for 3 years. So much for a "frozen computer". This place is the trenches. Hope this helps.

They have best price even though toyota have negative inventory. No other Toyota dealership in Winnipeg can offer discount. When the second vehicle that I ordered from them didn't arrive on time, they let me borrow one of their vehicle. By the way the name of my saleman is Youri. I like dealing with them, it makes other dealership look bad and not trustworthy.

Matthias was super helpful even before I set foot in the door. My previous Toyota finally called it quits after 415,000 kms... and since I live in the country arranging a ride to go into any dealership meant asking friends and family to bring me around. I had called several other dealerships and emailed asking questions about cars in their inventory, and only Matthias responded to any of my online questions. We communicated by email for a couple of days before I was able to come in in person... but as soon as I walked in I felt I already knew him, and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed.... he was aware of what I was looking for and was incredibly helpful before I even got there.. I must say, it was BY FAR the least confrontational and most relaxing car buying experience I have ever had!!! There was absolutely no pressure and it was completely hassle free!! Never have I been treated with such respect from a dealership in my past car buying experiences... This is one of the main reasons I drive my cars until they literally die.. I have in the past absolutely hated the car buying experience... Thanks to Matthias and Kelvin and Yuriy who I met through this experience, I must say that going forward I no longer dread "car shopping"... Spoke with them regarding leasing a new vehicle…read more The calculator told us our payment would be around 250$/month with a trade in and 10% down payment. Drove 2 hours with 2 kids only to have them tell us it would be 550$/month to LEASE and their calculator obviously wasn't working. There salesman didn't even know their website HAD a calculator. Zero customer service skills. I will never buy from them again.
