She comes home daily and I'm fascinated at the things she's done and learned as well. It was hard getting her to go to daycare but I am so happy we found KinderCare Silver Parkway. The best!

This center caused my son trauma that he will carry for the rest of his life, categorically denied it, smeared my character and reputation and accused a 3 year old of making up sexual abuse. They had police officer church members quickly close the police investigation and social worker church members help them cover it all up. My son has had significant issues trusting others and regressed with potty training ever since. Unfortunately physical evidence is hard to find when a child is touched inappropriately or hit, and the area where the alleged incident occurred was the only area without cameras. As such, nothing was done to bring justice for my son, but this place and the church behind it did everything in their power to hide it, keep it quiet and make it go away. This entire church should be closed down. Absolute disgrace, as was the Fenton Police department's involvement - they allowed clear conflict of interest and took zero interest into helping a child in their community get justice for being victimized and traumatized. I really hope no one else's child had to go through this.

The girls have not had a relationship with their Nanny since when they were just infants. Knowing the environment at home is at a 'good place' is an invaluable aspect when we are away at work. My wife and I are both working through this Pandemic as our industry's are qualified as an Essential Service. I especially am away from home more as my company is a partner with FEMA to transport aid/supplies to areas of need during this Pandemic. We have used a nanny in our home for 15 years. Some have been found by a family friend, word-of-mouth, Care and Nanny Services. As with any family who utilize a Nanny there are stories. But the story for us has stopped with Lena. Comparing our experiences with what we have encountered with Lena is like night and day. Knowing first hand the service you will experience with Lena is very hard to come by. My only regret is that we did not find each other sooner, like 9 years ago. But we would not have found _________ and the girls enjoy her very much. The difference in Lena's Service from other Nanny Companies is her dedication to 'the match'. This is not a, "quick, let's fill a home with a warm body type of service". Nor should it be. Do personalities conflict sometimes, absolutely. But the choices placed in front of us was comforting to minimize this. After the match Lena remained in contact and does what she says she will do. Goodwill downright refused to assist him in getting these items back & said they would "call if they found them". They were difficult to deal with, lacked understanding or basic kindness & gave bullshit excuses as to why he could not get the items back. We are a family, on a budget, trying to make it in this awful economy- just like everyone else. I will never again support their store or send them my donations. I encourage you to send your donations elsewhere. Shame on this organization.

It became clear that the owner, who provided the original quote, failed to communicate the true scope of the job to his own crew. As a result, the movers said they could not complete the services I had booked and left a deposit for. This left me in an impossible situation, as I was closing on the sale of my house the very next day. I was forced to scramble at the last minute to find another moving company under extreme stress. A moving company should be reliable, professional, and transparent--especially when people's homes and major life events are involved. This company failed on all counts and did nothing to be solution based to rectify the situation.

I am a senior citizen, and I was very specific about the fact that I was recovering from a recent surgery and was not able to lift med/large heavy boxes placed (stacked) on top of one another once transported to my new residence. I also spoke at length with Jim's brother, Stewart, regarding packing materials snd number of boxes needed to pack remaining belongings in my home. I was also told that there were specific packing materials that would be sent to carefully wrap expensive large rugs that needed to be sent out to be professionally cleaned once the move took place. Four young, courteous men arrived on rime for moving day, but unfortunately, underestimated the time/men needed to completely move me from my home to my new residence, so plans were made to continue the move to the following day. Movers overall, were careful with my furniture and belongings, but are not properly trained to consider properly labelling boxes, so that when a bed is dismantled, for example, and put back together again, the bed can be quickly remade! Zero considerations for personal care products, clothing, personal computer, medications (used everyday) to be set aside so they can be found easily once moved. I am still looking for my houseplants that are sitting out in my garage, despite cold weather, because the boxes they were packed in are poorly marked. The plants should have been brought into the house, not left in the garage! The carpets that Stewart stated would be carefully attended to and wrapped securely never happened, after spending over $3,000 for a local move twenty minutes away. Disappointed at best.
