The service is very quick to staff our requests with other care givers, but recently the care givers have been canceling at the last minute (as in 2 hours before scheduled arrival) leaving my family and our plans in the lurch. This has now happened 3 times and we will no longer be using them for childcare. As a business owner, I rely on clients being happy for continued business. When I have to cancel a client meeting because my sitter had canceled last minute, that makes clients angry and costs me money. If you are thinking about using CN&T for in-home care, look elsewhere as they will probably leave you stranded at the last possible minute.

**DANGEROUS NANNIES WITH NO COMMON SENSE**…read more Their Nanny gave my children prescription drugs without consent from me!! It wasn't even the prescription for one of the children!! I called the office that night to have a Manager or the Owner call me back. The Manager called and was appropriately appalled and advised they would deal with the Nanny. However, I feel a follow-up call from the OWNER should have occurred first thing in the morning. In that call, I should have been advised how the situation was dealt with and what steps were in place to ensure it would NEVER happen again. It is afternoon and I have heard from no one at the company. I will never put my children in their hands again. BEWARE!

Sunshine House of Grayson - Aiko during Christmas 2023

For all my Yelp followers and local fans, I'm back at it again with another review, I'm like the…read moreDos Equis guy... I don't always write reviews on schools but when I do it's going to be about the Sunshine House Where do I begin? June 2023...just touched down in GA from Los Angeles, don't know a single soul in the Peach state and moved out here from an area that has a very educated driven school system (Arcadia), yup if your from CA you'll know that it's #2 best place to teach, #4 best school in California and #38 best in USA, their high school has graduated 100% of their class 3 years in a row with over 3.5gpa average...Aiko was in that type of school system, so my expectations were against me moving to a small city of Grayson. June 2023 touched based in GA by early July I ran over to a few other pre-k nearby and let's just say I was not impressed, matter of fact I was really considering just not enrolling my daughter in school all together until she was like 11, really it was that bad I was willing to take my chances. No joke I entered a preK nearby without being buzzed in cus a little kid about 7 yrs old just ran and opened the door for me, yah no we ain't doing that. I was so conflicted, I needed her to continue being social, learning and most importantly I need my space! Quick 411 on our daughter (Aiko) she's a diva, she wants to be a model and makeup artist, she already decided that at 5! She HATES school with a passion, you know how you feel waking up on a Monday morning to go to work? Yeah...that's her everyday! Needless to say the Lord likes to test my wife and I with some patience every morning, us real parents know what that is like, Aiko get your A** up now it's 7:54 and we gonna be late ! Jp baby we love ya :) Drive by Sunshine House on a weekly basis and decided to pop in one day just to ask about pricing/availability, the usual, already not expecting much based on the other school visits, but The VIBES!!! Shoot I felt like I walked into a Waffle House, 2 gals up front greeted me with a smile, some info and even called out the director (Ms Bartlett) who was also super nice and welcoming (Southern Hospitality) I guess does exist still, anyways she gave me a quick tour of the place, handed me some paperwork, told me some pricing and the rest is history...well not kinda... Fast fwd about 1.5 months school is about to start in 1 week, omg I forgot my packet! Aiko isn't enrolled! My wife thinks otherwise cus I'm a typical husband who lied about getting everything done! I offer to go grab her Starbucks but in reality I rush over to Sunshine House prayingggggg all the spots aren't taken, the girls upfront are laughin when I tell them what I've done, they say uhhhh I think it's to late but let me ask the director...yup you guessed it! They were still able to take her! They not only saved a spot for her but they saved my marriage! Now, if you've made it this far you've learned that the other schools in the area suck, trust me I'm the most honest guy I know. You also probably understand the ladies who work here are friendly, you also understand it's really dangerous to lie to your wife. Now the fun stuff. The teachers! Ms Cindy and Ms Jess or Ms Jazz, according to Aiko So remember I mentioned earlier Aiko hates school, yeah she's that kid. Cries everyday! Every teachers words, says shell get used to it, naw I know my kid she ain't gettin over nada! Well, Ms Cindy and Ms Jazz really play a huge part in Aikos school life, though she still cries time to time she is much much more willing to participate so that tells me they have left an imprint in her heart to gain her trust, for that alone it gives me peace and mind which I believe is the important attribute for any parent to require from a school/teachers. Aiko made her first best friend here also, Tallulah, shout to ya girl! Oh, side note Ms Jazz and Ms Cindy secretly run a hair braiding business during school hours cus I send Aiko to school with her hair down and at least once a week she comes back with hair hair lookin fleek! As you can hear, Aiko really enjoys her time here, lots of friends, nice staff, activities, memories and most importantly no kids opening a coded door for you, what else could you ask for in a school? My Wife likes to remind me how I almost forgot about our daughters education, Im a man of faith, I see it more as if the school was meant to be God will make a way, he did and I'm so thankful everyday, this place has been a true blessing for our family and Aiko, she's made so many friends and memories here in the past year so with that being said... I recommend anyone who is looking for a PreK to check this place out first, or last (if you are a risk taker like myself) the staff is awesome, facility is always clean, friendly parents and they are always engaged in activities. Your child/children will definitely leave better than they arrived because they treat your children with love!

I called twice and was told his application was with the director and they would get back to me. It's now going on week 6 and I still haven't heard back from them. My younger brother attended Grayson Academy, and now my very own daughter goes there as well. That alone speaks volumes about the trust I have in them. I wholeheartedly trust Grayson Academy with my daughter. The staff is caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children. They offer a variety of activities that keep the kids engaged, learning, and having fun. They are always planning cute, creative, and exciting things for the children to participate in. We have had such a positive experience, and I'm so grateful to be part of the Grayson Academy family.

However, after discovering that staff had slapped my child on the hand and bringing this to their attention, everything changed. Instead of taking accountability, they chose to remove my son from the program. I removed my original review and am posting this updated one because parents deserve to know the truth. It is beyond unacceptable that any form of abuse is tolerated in a daycare setting. And instead of making things right, they also kept my full week's payment without issuing a refund -- which is nothing short of theft. As a Black mother and an educated woman, I will not be silenced, intimidated, or "talked down" to with empty words. If necessary, I will take legal action. Parents need to understand what kind of environment this is, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this daycare to anyone. Thankfully, by the grace of God, I have since found a 24-hour daycare in the area with fair rates, professional staff, and a nurturing atmosphere where both children and parents are treated with genuine respect. Bottom line: Grayson Academy is not the safe, trustworthy place they claim to be. Parents, please be cautious

My review is LONG but WORTH the read I promise!…read more I've had the opportunity of my son attending Primrose since he was about 2 1/2 years old and during the peak of the pandemic. Like everyone during those uncertain times, I had to make the decision of transitioning him from our in home nanny to school so he would not fall behind with his social skills. We had come from a "placeholder" school and it was time to find him a school home. From my first interaction and tour with the school, Ms. Yang told me everything about the program. I loved how thorough their policies and procedures were. The school appeared to be large, clean, fresh and new! The staff wore masks and required you to wear them when entering the building as well while I was on my tour so ultimately making the decision came a bit easier. As with most parents - you value the safety of your child. So many horror stories online and on the news about kids being mistreated by trusted staff. So I want to point out something that will be very reassuring - Tanisha and her wonderful administrative team take pride in caring for each child as if they were their own! You will get to know each and every one of them and learn the "culture" of your Primrose school. Even with my picky preferences with classrooms and teachers (LOL) they were always able to accommodate me or meet me in the middle. I did notice some reviews were unfavorable... One of the 1 star reviews was a parent I hadn't seen in a while. As parents, we like to think of our children as angles but most times it's not always the case! In her case, I must say her child was one of those children! And I love that Primrose has a standard and sticks to it! As for the mentioning of them not being equipped to handle Kids with disabilities, I dont think this is a fair judgement. So many children today have them. I'm an advocate for free help offered by the state and insurance and so many parents out of laziness most times refuse to get it! This leaves parents like myself who don't have a child with behavioral problems or disabilities at a disadvantage! Along with the teachers and staff! It takes a village to raise a child and they most certainly do their best within their legal realm of monitoring to make sure all children are treated fairly. So understand with all education - it's a partnership! As long as you are aware of that going into ANY school - your outcome should always be favorable. Now the good stuff! For new parents searching here are some perks: Pre-k is private! They wear uniforms in pre-k! (Loved this look for the kiddos) Breakfast is provided for a small weekly fee Lunch is provided and is included in tuition They offer weekly tuition options! Their curriculum is wonderful! Their sign in/sign out and app are so seamless and user friendly! they have parent/teacher meetings etc! They have an open door policy and the owner is hands on! Now the cons which weren't many; Location - The traffic to get to this location took me about 90 mins a day for 2 round trips and I live less than 5 miles away. And it's pretty tough getting out of the schools parking lot onto the traffic... But my son's safety was the uttermost important so I made the sacrifice as long as I could! Personal values - Sometimes as families our personal, religious and moral values don't always align with companies and that's okay! So we made the tough decision to leave Primrose as we noticed this shift. Again - these are my personal pros and cons and they do not take away from the quality of the school which they most definitely earn their 5 star reviews! Any educator who dedicated their lives to care for children especially our precious little people deserves all kinds of awards! Please take time and try Primrose out for yourselves! They were good to me and my family and I would most likely return under the right circumstances (and relocation LOL)
