Inexperienced crews. They cut the grass with a trimmer, blow debris and then leave the property. Edging appears to be done via copious chemical application. Unwilling or unable or not interested in trimming back overgrowth. Ignore grass growing into beds. Recently watched in disgust as one crew member took a leek in the yard while chatting with his worker. Currently looking for another service. read more

Apparently these people hate plants because they haven't watered the ones here they are paid to water and maintain since the beginning of summer and now many of them are shot to hell for good. At the least, a summer will be wasted rehabilitating them. read more

Property looks the same even after they come. The grass died and the hedges never get trimmed and the one time they were asked to do so, they butchered them. read more

They're doing it again. For the second straight summer they have failed to turn on the sprinkler system at the low-income apartments where I live and the plants that still haven't fully recovered from 8 weeks without water last summer are going backwards again. They have completely destroyed our garden area with their neglect. The dead brown plants and parts of plants from last summer are still out there, not even worth taking the time to bend over and prune or pull up and replace. That is what they think of lower-income residents of Roseburg I guess. It is a highly visible, recently built building that was built to alleviate the homelessness in Roseburg and after five summers the landscaping area that I am referring to should look like a jungle by now but due to their incompetence and neglect looks sad and parched and dead with brown clumps of listless sun-crisped husks hanging on for dear life and begging for a drop of f'ing water. Congratulations, Roseburg Landscape Maintenance, you are Roseburg's best at killing living plants two years in a row. read more

These people are not very professional. I first hired them in February to plant grass and do my lawn maintenance moving forward. I have received no communication from them since. I was expecting to have a meeting with them in February to go over what needed to be done. Instead they had a crew show up the following week to start mowing. And spraying. I came home April 6 to see that they had to pull weeds and looks like they had laid a little bit of dirt on top. Still no communication. Today is April 28 and I was finally able to contact them. They do not answer their phones. But a gentleman called me back to let me know that they leave seed on April 6. Nobody told us they had laid said nobody told us to water. Nobody told us anything. And then he proceeded to blame it on us that they may have possibly try to get a hold of us and couldn't. But he did not know. I told him that nobody attempted to get a hold of us or else they would have. He seem to think it was no big deal and I should just start putting water on it and hope for the best. This is not what I signed up for. Today is April 28 and I was finally able to contact them. They do not answer their phones.
